A little pricey once it was all said and done, but she loved them.
The flowers I ordered and the lowers that were delivered did not even closely resemble one another. The delivered flowers looked as though they were just haphazardly put in a vase without any thought to design. I know I could have done better.
I was promised a new arrangement to be sent. After a week the promised arrangement was still not delivered. After contacting customer service, I was told that the supplier could not deliver the flowers to Las Vegas, NV. Really? Instead I was refunded 1/2 of the purchase price. Excluding tax, handling charge and delivery.
The refund was about 1/3 the purchase price. I immediately ordered a similar bouquet from a Las Vegas florist who had no trouble filling the order. So your excuse about not being able to have the proper flowers doesn't hold water.
I have learned from now on to shop "locally", I live 1500 miles, from Las Vegas.
I would have saved a lot of money not having to purchase a second arrangement.

I can not comment on the flowers received as they were sent as a get well gift. Have have no clue whether they matched the picture shown on line, The receiver was touched that I thought of her and sent flowers
This site and it's service is amazing. Totally love it. The customer service reps handled my inquiries without issue and it was a pleasant experience overall! Also the price for what was received was fantastic compared to others on the market. Will definitely use again!
I was impressed with the delivery time. The product was fine. The cost was a little pricey for what was received. I usually shop around before I select the company based on price. I was short on time and hence paid for it.
I feel the delivery charges are to high. If you get a discount, the delivery fees are high. If you give free delivery, then you get no discount.
My only issue is that I ordered a "tulip" arrangement specifically for the tulips and the order was delivered with roses in place of tulips.
Ordered well in advance but flowers did not arrive until after 5:30 pm. The arrangement did not look like the picture shown on website. Flowers looked wilted and like they had been in hot truck/sun all day.
Highly disappointed.
I liked the choices of flowers and the options available BUT I did not like that the delivery fees (and tax) were not stated BEFORE finalizing the payment. There should be an order review that shows all this before the order is submitted.
The flowers did arrive on time and looked fresh.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
