Very easy to order and pay on line. Flowers were beautiful but I was disappointed to find the flowers were in a wicker basket in lieu of a vase that was shown in the picture. I did not want flowers in a basket which is why I picked the display that I did. I understand substitutions have to be made at times, but I find it odd that the florist would not have had the appropriate vase or another vase available.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
