Hello I ordered a one dz red roses floral arrangement on-line on 8/31/20. The price went from $55 to $85 from taxes to delivery charges...outrageous!
The 'small' arrangement was only one view not completely round, and it only had 10 roses not 12.
The roses were not of good quality either.

This arrangement looked absolutely beautiful online, so I ordered the biggest size. When I saw it I was very disappointed in its size. For $69.99 too small. I could have ordered a big one on a stand for that.
The Flowers were easy to shop for and the price was great. But the customer service rep that I spoke to about my concerns of when they would be delivered said that the delivery of flowers was until 9:00 pm and the automated service couldn't even find my confirmation number. But the end result of the flowers and the price. Made up for the inconvenience.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
