My parents received their Flowers on Tuesday and loved the vase and the flowers. On Wednesday my mom called and stated that the flowers had died so I was not happy about that. I'm not really sure what happened but flowers should last for at least 7-10 days. I bought some roses from a local market on 8/29 and they are still in good condition.

I was surprised by a $2.99 cent charge for same day when the order is for tomorrow. I was also surprised by the $14.99 handling/service fee...it didn't show up until I had done all the work to get the order ready. That's not good marketing, that's just wrong. Worst of all, my surprise order didn't show up until 839 pm...bed time. Didnt look like the arrangement I ordered. Much smaller.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
