Very quick and easy. Lots of choices. The flowers were delivered to my parent's neighbors home. Not sure why, but perhaps there was no answer at the actual delivery address at the time of delivery. Anyways, the neighbor came over with the flowers and my mom was very pleased!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
