You were going to charge me $14.95 to deliver this $19.95 flower arrangement, so I decided not to buy it. A few minutes later you sent me an email offering free delivery. If you could afford to offer free delivery I wish you would have offered it the first time around. Each time I clicked on the $19.95 flower arrangement I was automatically directed to more expensive floral arrangements. I was persistent and I did end up figuring out how to buy the $19.95 arrangement. You purposely did not show a photograph of the $19.95 arrangement, while a full photo was shown for all the other higher priced floral arrangements. This is not a very friendly or reputable way to run your website.
I paid extra for the "premium" arrangement, and what I got would have been disappointing even for the "regular". Not even 1/4 of the quantity or quality of flowers in the picture (which by my understanding is supposed to reflect the "deluxe", and the premium should be even bigger/better than the picture). Also, I specifically chose this arrangement because it had stargazer lilies which are my girlfriend's favorite because they are so much more fragrant than regular lilies, and what was delivered had 4 basic white lilies.

15.00 is an excessive amount to pay for handling a product. The 10.00 I saved so say, you got back and more. I feel this is a RIP OFF. The candy is melted thank God the flowers are pretty. This was a gift for my Mother.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
