This order was a pre-birthday gift for my mother and she was very elated to receive such beautiful flowers.
The flowers were exactly as pictured, and of course even more Beautiful once received.There were no issues with Delivery as it was very prompt and accurate. This was my first time using this company and I Highly Recommend!

TERRIBLE CON and RIP-OFF:
FIRST OFF, DO NOT ORDER THE "CUSTOM PHOTO VASE", YOU WILL BE EXTREMELY EMBARRASSED BY WHAT SHOWS UP!
I honestly wanted to cry when I saw a picture of what was delivered I was so embarrassed. I ordered a custom vase that was supposed to be a keepsake for a new mother & instead they received a lose 8.5"x11" PIECE OF PAPER with the photo printed on it & a glass vase. SERIOUSLY, IS A PIECE OF COMPUTER PAPER CONSIDERED A "CUSTOM VASE" THAT IS SUPPOSED TO BE A "KEEPSAKE" FOR YOUR LOVED ONE? SO Humiliating.
AND THEN TO TOP IT OFF, I paid for a big bouquet of 24 ROSES & ONLY 15 ROSES were delivered to them in the box with the piece of computer paper custom vase! I am absolutely mortified, I am so embarrassed by what they received...
I searched the website high & low before ordering & again after, and absolutely nowhere can I find where a "custom vase" is a piece of computer paper & a separate cheap glass vase. And then on the Roses, it definitely says you are supposed to get 24 Roses/stems if you order two dozen, not 15! What a con job, I have never in my life been so embarrassed by a gift I have sent someone.
Hopefully the $14.99 "Satisfaction Guarantee" I paid for on both my orders means I'm going to receive a FULL REFUND FOR BEING SHORTED NINE (9) ROSES out of the TWO DOZEN (24) I paid for AND FOR BEING CONNED buying a CUSTOM VASE that shows up as a piece of COMPUTER PAPER.
This is actually damaging when people think you ordered them a CHEAP PIECE OF PAPER & a cheap glass vase, and they don't know you were buying them a custom printed vase that was supposed to be a memento & keepsake for them for years to come.
I am absolutely so embarrassed & humiliated by this & there's no fixing the sad excuse of a gift they've already received.

Delivering flowers that only last a few days has become quite expensive which is not your fault. The options for the ******* zip code were disappointing.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
