The wallet hasn't let me down so far. In the first weeks of using the wallet, I was restrained in my judgments, but the longer I used the wallet, the more confidence I got in it. Freewallet is safe because it has advanced coin protection measures. Like 2FA and biometrics. The result is a very convenient and practical solution, the advantages of which outweigh those of its counterparts.
Been using this wallet for years for mining. Only had one problem where they randomly changed my eth deposit address without warning or notification. Took a little back and forth, but they were able to recover the missing coins after I provided the block chain proof of the funds being transferred to the wallet.
I recently purchased a hardware wallet and tried to move my coins over to it. But, they froze my account and demanded some very invasive documents to prove my identity. Against my better judgment I provided the requested documents. Since then, I keep getting the response that it's being worked on, and to just wait. They can not tell me how long it's going to take or where I am in line. They can't even tell me how long it takes on average other than "it can take a couple days to several weeks!" Unacceptable. There are plenty of stories on the internet where it's taken months to get their rightfully owned coins back.

I fear more and more that freewallet.org is a scamming organization and it will be a hard way getting my money back out of it.
While trying now transactions for a half of a year, they're simply not accepting/doing it. Don't understand me wrong, I provided selfies (in high-resolution, as requested!), bank-account data end-to-end, my very first money transaction to them in 2016, confirmed by bank etc. But the answer is given like "in review", "send to the technical department" or "send to our security department". Where are these departments? In North Korea? Is this serious? Do you think you are a company, people should deal with? If your answer is yes, think about it and get the feedback right which you are earning in various forums telling how bad you are in fact. I cannot believe in the reviews taken in here with a positive ranking. Did you guys tried ever to move your money OUT freewallet or just spending your hard earnings IN this? Give it a try...(good luck).
Full transparency on my side. Zero on freewallet.org. Don't trust/use them. Go to a serious other with good reputation and look into various forums with customers experience dealing with wallets/coins. It is a bad company but I'm not giving up and seek for resolution. In case freewallet-folks are reading this: don't reply to this negative feedback but resolve simply Freewallet Support Ticket ID *******. Should be easy. Otherwise, another talk in another forum/media.

I decided to try Freewallet to manage my cryptocurrency assets, but my experience was far from perfect. It all started with a small transaction of 0.05 BTC, which I decided to transfer to my account. However, my funds were blocked immediately after the transfer and I had to contact support. In response, I received a requirement to go through KYC verification, which turned out to be so crazy that even such a thing didn't occur to me. I was required to send not only photos of documents but also a video proving my identity. I realized that this was beyond reasonable, but I had to agree in order to get my funds back. However, even after going through the whole procedure, my funds remained blocked. I contacted support again, but only got the standard responses that my application was under review. I was one of the first victims of this fraudulent app.
They confiscated my 1.******* ethereum on December 2019.
They demanded several documents some which didn't exist in my country and despite my explaining on countless occasions that such documents are none existing in my country, they kept repeating the same statement.
Even after providing notarized translation of my ID, which all governments accept, they called it insufficient and claimed that their company is far more superior to any government.
Funny thing is that everywhere anyone posts a comment about this fraud agency, some messages pop's up from them claiming that all their requests are legit. Ir they completely reject the victim's statement.
Freewallet.org has no address, no phone number and even names of their CEO and staff are unknown. Their servers are registered in Germany but they claim the headquarters to be in Hong Kong while no one is able to locate if such organisation really exis.
That begs the question why would Play Store permit such app on their list.
