I sent 1 dgb to test if the site works or not but they never arrived then i sent some wax they too never arrived. I am not sure why this site is like this never gonna use it again
I am writing this review out of total frustration... I opened an account with freewallet since 2020, i started facing withdrawal issues since 2020, they wanted some verification at that point which i was not comfortable with and come 2024, i realized i wouldn't let this go which made me start the rigorous verification process.
I presented verification on the App and that wasn't enough and they requested for more via email. They asked me to send my passport copy, asked me to have a written note claiming ownership of my account with a selfie which i did, they asked for bank statements which i presented to them. I waited over a week just for their response to be that ' they can not verify me as the owner of the account without giving any reason. I have seen a lot of reviews with the same issue and makes me think, is this a scam? If they are, why put people through so much stress.
I am retired and i need these funds to cover my medicals, i am pleading to free wallet to please release my funds as i have done everything possible. If you require me to do more verification, I will! Just release my funds.
There is a disclaimer already on my account that "we can no longer provide you with our services. Please withdraw your funds but why can't i withdraw? I need help please.

I firmly believe that transparency and communication are essential in maintaining trust and confidence among users. I am the valid owner of the account and the email that was used to open the account is the same email of correspondence.
Also, I have done series of verification that any third party can not provide (Bank statements, written attestation with selfie, passport copy etc).
After all of these, only a company with sketchy motives will discredit all these means of identification and say i am not the valid owner. This begs the question, what is freewallet doing with all my identification documents? I NEED MY FUNDS!

By far the worst wallet ever. Technically it could be good as the design is neat but the security and costumer care is horrible. If you think you can safely and anonymously pay here, you are definitely at the wrong address. If you're unlucky or use VPNs, you might even completely lose access to your cryptos -not even maybe decentralized- DUH!, but it's not that funny actually, because if you want to transfer values here, one is dependent on the arbitrariness of the provider. The settings for Email confirmation requirement is not doing anything and works only theoretically, because removing the small tick does not bother anyone at all. Transferring to the wallet is easy, but once the Coin is in, it will remain frozen there unless you send the web service owners photos of confidential documents and a photo of yourself with an affidavit. The support says the can't do anything and the seemingly dosn't care. Bummer!
It is a matter of time that this provider has to go bankrupt, because there is a fundamental misunderstanding here of what customers need, or what Cryptos were invented and intended for in the first place. Pity!

This is a very user-friendly wallet for storing more than one currency. Nice and intuitive UI to go with and quite low fees too.

I deposited all my life savings in 2017 and always followed the evolution of my wallet through the app.
Now I have a family health problem and I need to withdraw the BTCs urgently and they simply blocked my account.
They asked for several documents and I sent them all, after that they disconnected me from the app and no longer let me connect with Facebook or any other means.
Now they no longer respond to me, I no longer have access to my wallet and they stole my coins!

UPDATE:Always the same old nonsense and they never give us access. They ask for unnecessary, old and in some cases impossible to obtain information, just to fraudulently take our coins.
No big and serious company like Binance, Bittrex, Bitfinex and others asks for the information they say is necessary. It's just an excuse to not give us access back.
I always had access to my account, password, Token, key, etc. They simply took away my access to the account after I requested the transfer unlocking.
