They stole coming out of my account without my consent or knowledge for "inactivity fee" but I haven't been able to access my account through the IOS app for almost two years. When reached out to customer support, they never reply or resolve the issue with my account. Then they steal your crypto and completely ignore you. This is so shady and these guys are crooks. Account/identity verification takes ages to complete. I've used Freewallet in the past without any problems. However, suddenly they block your account for withdrawing any currency "due to suspicious activity". Then you get into the account verification proces in which you have to jump through hoops like a circus animal. The reply of the customer support is in minutes, but the "specialists" whom are responsible for the verification won't do their job. In the meantime you're not allowed to get acces to your wallet.
1/10 would recommend this scam company.

The same Story as much other users experienced. At once, when you try to whithdraw coins, your account is suspended because of "suspicious activities".
UPDATE: It looks like the problem has been solved and the account is reactivated.
But i have to say that the customer support could be much more precise in comunicating what they want the users to provide them. Not everyone is a specialist in data formats and multimedia application, especially if there are much International or maybe older customers.
