Hello Lauren, in fact my verification procedure is NOT still in progress, it is COMPLETED and I have received an email from your support team to inform me about that, but still, your company refuses to reactivate my account, violating by that your own rules & terms, I've reattached the email here, do you deny it or claim that it is fake?
