I have had my wallet for 3 years never a issue with thousands of dollars deposited now with a 250 deposit they all of a sudden need identity verification when my email and account info has not changed now they want me jumping thru hoops like a circus clown worst wallet ever there are so many wallets this is one to avoid at all costs

Frankly, I'm pleased with the attitude of tech support to my request. They were always polite to me, gave me helpful advice, and successfully helped me solve problems.

Everything is fine with the wallet itself. I like from the very beginning that it doesn't take up a lot of precious time and always loads quickly and processes transactions.

I've never regretted my choice.

Technical support arranged a long verification procedure, they asked to confirm the origin of the money, send a passport, a selfie and a bunch of other documents - they provided everything. The account is still blocked and they do not allow me to withdraw money.
The last thing I heard from technical support: "We've already sent you a reply in another chat.
Please do not create multiple support tickets for the same issue! It doesn't speed up the process, on the contrary: it takes us even more time to sort out all your tickets.

It's pretty good to have a wallet at your disposal that allows you to store different types of tokens, so I like that. Excellent stability is also worth noting. The app never crashed, didn't lead to any malfunctions. Synchronization also goes well.

At the time I started using the freewallet, I had already used another wallet and decided to find a fallback for myself. So far everything is going so that the wallet suits me.

My customer id: b83bc440 I've a little fund in my account but whenever i try to withdraw that. Instantly it shows failed & then i contact support & they asked for verification. So i provided them with all the required information but still they are not allowing me to withdraw my fund. Even they charging fees without any reason like -$70 charge as inactivity fees! Seriously? What does inactivity fees mean? Even after that they are still not allowing me to withdraw. Whenever I message them, they just answer like " we will inform you whenever we have an update for you" what the hell is this? Please don't deposit your fund here in this scam wallet. They will surely stole your money. (I will change this review if they solve my problem & enable withdraw in my account)

I'm currently in a claim with them it's been 4 days since I bought a esso card and they still havent settled it not to mention that they do system up graded that hold your money for a bit all the time. I think they hold your money and invest it. While you can't touch it idk maybe they work real close with the government. Don't trust it if you value your money or privacy go with crypto.com

I had been using their platform for a while, investing small amounts here and there without any issues. One day, however, I decided to deposit a larger sum than usual - about 10,000 USDT. To my horror, instead of appearing in my account balance as expected, the transaction simply disappeared into thin air! When I tried reaching out to customer support, all I received were automated responses and vague assurances that someone would look into my case shortly.

This is a reliable wallet, whose reliability for me is unambiguous and undeniable, if only because I was convinced of this over many months of use. I don't care what others say because nothing can replace my own experience. All my good impressions of the wallet are the merit of its reliability. There was no such transaction that I could not complete as expected. All my transfers have been successful in one way or another, even if at first something could go wrong. I have no complaints about the fees of this wallet. These are reasonable amounts for the excellent service that Freewallet has been giving me all this time.

At first, the wallet worked mediocre and slowed down, which didn't look very pleasant, but over time it began to get better. It's been 6 months since the account was created, and in all the time I had only one problem, which prompted me to write a review. When I sent some LTC to another address, they were debited from my account, but the recipient didn't have them. Fortunately tech support helped me figure it out and fixed the problem. It was nice that they answered in a short time and the correspondence with them did not turn into a bounce of answers with a half-hour wait for each one. They worked quickly, the problem was solved, and everyone was satisfied. The rest of the time, Freewallet pleased me with exceptional performance and fast transactions.

Stay away from freewallet.org! Due to a technical error on my their side (confirmation email was not sent), my account was blocked. I've been trying to get access again for more than a month now... new requests for documents keep coming... the last one was that they wanted a video of my e-banking showing me downloading a document *lol*. Rather then the video I sent you a mobile phone bill (as it is mentioned as valid document) but you still not unblock my account … I'm sorry but that's burglary what you are doing.

Now I feel calmer when I know that my coins are monitored by the best protection that an online wallet can have. But apart from that, they sometimes need to be sent to someone, and at such times some wallets can malfunction. Not every one of them shines with security.
