It's not a scam, my account has been unblocked and is operational. My customer id: b83bc440 I've a little fund in my account but whenever i try to withdraw that. Instantly it shows failed & then i contact support & they asked for verification. I tried to send bitcoin and the lowest fee they would allow was freaking $60 fee to send $10 worth of BTC. "Free wallet" more like steal all your money wallet. Deceitful and fraudsters.

I have used this wallet for a while and all of a sudden my account had been suspended! I contacted support and was give a long list of passport and drivers licence photos and page with written a long messages on with my cellphone on the photo on the app! How ridiculous. I have done it and nothing, just pending. Contacted support and I must send all photo again. I have my password, 2FA security and all photos and still nothing, just sarcastic replies from support. I don't know if they are scammers or just amateurs!

But after passing I noticed that all my savings were transferred to unknown addresses, but I did not make these transactions. In total I lost 1 ETH and 7 LTC. I am writing this review out of total frustration... I opened an account with freewallet since 2020, i started facing withdrawal issues since 2020, they wanted some verification at that point which i was not comfortable with and come 2024, i realized i wouldn't let this go which made me start the rigorous verification process.
I presented verification on the App and that wasn't enough and they requested for more via email. They asked me to send my passport copy, asked me to have a written note claiming ownership of my account with a selfie which i did, they asked for bank statements which i presented to them. I waited over a week just for their response to be that ' they can not verify me as the owner of the account without giving any reason. I have seen a lot of reviews with the same issue and makes me think, is this a scam? If they are, why put people through so much stress.

I was one of the first victims of this fraudulent app.
They confiscated my 1.******* ethereum on December 2019.
They demanded several documents some which didn't exist in my country and despite my explaining on countless occasions that such documents are none existing in my country, they kept repeating the same statement.
Even after providing notarized translation of my ID, which all governments accept, they called it insufficient and claimed that their company is far more superior to any government.
Funny thing is that everywhere anyone posts a comment about this fraud agency, some messages pop's up from them claiming that all their requests are legit. Ir they completely reject the victim's statement.
Freewallet.org has no address, no phone number and even names of their CEO and staff are unknown. Their servers are registered in Germany but they claim the headquarters to be in Hong Kong while no one is able to locate if such organisation really exis.
That begs the question why would Play Store permit such app on their list.
