Technical support arranged a long verification procedure, they asked to confirm the origin of the money, send a passport, a selfie and a bunch of other documents - they provided everything. The account is still blocked and they do not allow me to withdraw money.
The last thing I heard from technical support: "We've already sent you a reply in another chat.
Please do not create multiple support tickets for the same issue! It doesn't speed up the process, on the contrary: it takes us even more time to sort out all your tickets.
