Initially there were no problems using FreeWallet. I sent XLM from my Binance account to the FreeWallet and converted it into XDC.
On March 13,2024, - as done before - I sent XLM from my Binance account to FreeWallet again.
Unfortunately, these XLM never arrived.
I later saw on the News-Center of the FreeWallet application, that the XLM wallet has been under maintenance since February 23,2024 (and it is still up today?!).
It's a shame that there is no information about the mantenance on the XLM wallet itself.
I then asked for a refund or conversion to XDC on my FreeWallet XDC wallet.
After several days the answer was that the coins would be available after maintenance was completed. It has now been more than 4 weeks without any result.
I wonder how other people's money/coins are handled here. Luckily, the amount of XLM I transferred was quite low.
On the other hand, what to expect from an application without imprint/ impressum?
