My account is locked. Why can't I send coins out of Freewallet to an external wallet? And why can't I swap the coins either? I kept getting a "issues with money transfer" message. I have sent in the verification already. Can you guys pls speed up the process. I need this money to pay rent this month. Pls help. My user ID is ID:*******e4
