I put my money in, lured in by the prospect of big returns. But then I ran into problems trying to withdraw my profits, and the customer service was unresponsive. It made me wonder if I was being scammed since I couldn't get my funds back. Eventually, I reached out to Angusltd.org, a company that helps recover lost funds.

Terrible customer service. I have been using this site for a long time already but just now my account suddenly gets blocked for withdrawing money without any explanation. After contacting Customer Service I get no answers and they take a long time to reply and make it impossible to withdraw my money.
I am still waiting, my username is curved_tether#9100.
Edit after below response from WhiteBit: That is exactly the message they keep on giving me in customer support also. They block my money, don't give any explanation why and only respond with empty words and stringing me along for days already and keeping my money hostage in the meantime.
Edit after deblocking: My money was blocked for a total of 11 days. The communication was bad, I didn't get any updates or information, only after I asked. Now I still don't know why it was blocked. I upped to 2 stars because it was solved eventually, but the customer service was not good.
Since last May 27 you have blocked my account and since then I have been waiting for you to unblock it but when I write you an email you always get the same response that the verification documents provided have been being studied for a month already

They recently froze large amounts of Crypto without any obvious reason. They claim that it was some government's request but it looks like not really true. It looks like fraud from the platform side, AVOID THIS PLATFORM THEY LOST CUSTOMERS TRUST.
