By far the worst wallet ever. Technically it could be good as the design is neat but the security and costumer care is horrible. If you think you can safely and anonymously pay here, you are definitely at the wrong address. If you're unlucky or use VPNs, you might even completely lose access to your cryptos -not even maybe decentralized- DUH!, but it's not that funny actually, because if you want to transfer values ​​here, one is dependent on the arbitrariness of the provider. The settings for Email confirmation requirement is not doing anything and works only theoretically, because removing the small tick does not bother anyone at all. Transferring to the wallet is easy, but once the Coin is in, it will remain frozen there unless you send the web service owners photos of confidential documents and a photo of yourself with an affidavit. The support says the can't do anything and the seemingly dosn't care. Bummer!

It is a matter of time that this provider has to go bankrupt, because there is a fundamental misunderstanding here of what customers need, or what Cryptos were invented and intended for in the first place. Pity!

I'm currently in a claim with them it's been 4 days since I bought a esso card and they still havent settled it not to mention that they do system up graded that hold your money for a bit all the time. I think they hold your money and invest it. While you can't touch it idk maybe they work real close with the government. Don't trust it if you value your money or privacy go with crypto.com

I sent 1 dgb to test if the site works or not but they never arrived then i sent some wax they too never arrived. I am not sure why this site is like this never gonna use it again
