Customer service help

I am only commenting on the excellent service I received from Magenta S. At Freelancer customer service.
I have been threatened by a freelancer over payment that was made privately as Freelancer kicked the payment back to me because she edited a paper for school which I did not know was not in your terms, but she did. I did pay her because she seemed needy at first but later got very threatening about the payment not being received, which is highly unlikely as it was sent through WESTERN UNION FROM MY BANK TO THE EXACT INFORMATION SHE GAVE ME. The information is included in my chat with the representative. I have never had this occur, I am an older college student, and it scared me terribly. I was relieved by the information and professionalism Magenta S. Provided.
I cannot recommend this service to anyone as this experience was most terrifying and I felt victimized by this person, BISMA S. I pray others do not fall to this fate of being threatened by this person.

Hi, Made a chat with Criselda R. On Oct 20 2023. But the issue still not resolved as she told there a ticket will be open and look after this matter. But after one week there is no ticket she opened nor any mail she send me about the progress.
