I do not have – and never had – any intention of subscribing to your membership plan. I was simply exploring your platform as an alternative to the one I currently use to hire freelancers. I had been told you were "more professional," but that was a complete lie. You managed to charge me for a month of a subscription I never wanted and never used. As you can easily confirm, I haven't even used the account, nor have I completed the profile. This feels like nothing short of being pickpocketed.

He was very well in communication, attention and solved issue very fast. I appreciate professional help. Now my account is back with funds which were there last time before inactivity. Funds with freelancer is in safe hands after 3 years of inactivity and they are still there.

After a freelancer delivered shoddy work after the project deadline. We had a difficult time try to navigate get back the funds. The difference between withdrawal and refund wasnt 100% clear. Anyways jake. S helped me at customer support to set it right and now we might still be able to salvage the project despite not getting what we came for. So 5 stars for Jake. S.
