Frame USA

Had a hard time finding a frame in this size until shopping here! It took quite awhile to arrive and I was unavailable to open the box until yesterday when I discovered the frame would not work with our decor because it was the wrong color. I hope to return it.

Colors were hard to distinguish, information asked in order to select size were difficult to use since one of my mats was the wrong size even though I put in correct information. There was no where to add any kind of description of what I wanted to make sure it was done correctly.

I was trying to place an online order for some American barnwood frames but the color I wanted wasnt showing as available. I called in and spoke with Lindsey (?) and asked if the item was available. Although she had to call me back to confirm, she held to her word and called me back within the hour that she said she would, and she gave me the information I needed. As a retail owner, I truly do appreciate her looking into the matter instead of just giving me a random answer that didnt resolve my issue at all.

I love working with Frame USA. Their products are beautiful and high quality. The folks I have dealt with were polite and very easy to work with. I definitely recommend them for anyone looking for high quality frames at reasonable prices.

All but one frame came in perfect condition, the largest one had a broken corner and crudely cut plastic for glass. The rest of the frames plastic was cut smoothly. The big frame just seemed like an anomaly especially with the quality of the rest of the frames we ordered. Will 100% be a return customer however.

This is my first time using Frame USA and it was a good experience - lots of info available to answer any questions, easy check out process, nice selection of classy frames. It was nice to be able to make a donation to your charity of the month, I appreciate the gesture.

No issue with site navigation. Price was fair, not great. The product is ok except for the corners where the hanger is attached needed mending upon arrival. The packaging was excellent. The shipping time was slow but adequate.

Great online shopping expereince and pretty good shipping rate and speed. My only issue was felt that it seemed to be overly packaged for the product i bought. A small issue but since I have done shipping for businesses before I just thought it seemed a little in excess.

I placed my order online and then realized I forgot to add the note that I didn't want easels on the frames since I was going to hang them on the wall. They took care of changing the order for me and everything arrived on time and exactly as I wanted.

I thought the frame I ordered was going to be a bit more modern-looking. I ordered a basic bronze frame with a matt included. What I received was very underwhelming and to be honest, quite dated looking. I could have found this in my grandmother's basement or I could have gone to a local store and gotten this basic bronze frame for half the price. Maybe a larger frame custom order or a more ornate frame order would have been worth the money, but next time I'll save my money and go to Target.

It was my second time ordering a frame. They are fast and the frame came in right on time. I greatly appreciate the promptness and courtesy of this company. I did not give them a 5 because I have to screw the tiny hanging devices behind the frame and I do not have anything to screw that with. It should be included and attached to the frame already. AT least, include the miniature screws to try to attach it to the delicate frame. My frame is still not hung. And for such a large frame, this hanging hooks should be bigger. These will not hold that big frame.

Was grateful to make a custom frame for my animation cel using this service. The 10.5"x9.5" ended up working great for my needs and the piece looks beautiful, especially w/ the color option I was able to select. Would definitely consider buying from FrameUSA again.

The original frame I ordered (heavy metal) was out of stock, they suggested an alternate one (black glory metal). I was very happy with the substitution and quality of the product. This was the first time I had ordered from this company and will do so again.

Everything was great except the mat was cut to exact width of art, so the art fell through. The height was cut with a little overlap which was perfect and was aa expected. Ideally the mat would have about a 1/4 inch more overlap in each side, with zero overlap the art falls through. Would typically be ok with that, but I'm hanging a piece of art watercolor painted on rice paper, which is very fragile.

Easy to order easy to assemble I would do it again would you?.

Very hard to use The material is extremely cheap. The sides of the frame were almost impossible to put together. I had to use tape to keep them intact. There were huge gaps on the sides because the sizing was not correct.

Ordering this frame was easy and the quality is fantastic. They kept me informed of shipping and it arrived as expected. The frame sets of my black and white pic of my horse and fits my log home decor.

When I discovered an order of 12 frames could qualify for a warehouse discount price, I applied for it. I received immediate help to be given a price. Eventually, I received an email when it was ready to ship, and then when it would be delivered.
