At first I thought the website was just randomly deleting items in my cart, which was super annoying, but then I figured out what caused it:

Whenever you put something in your cart, the website overwrites the old list of items with a new list of items, including the latest one you added at the end -- so far, so good -- but if you have the site open in multiple tabs, the tabs don't update properly. If you open, say, four tabs or windows to look at or compare two products, and then add several products in one tab before adding a product in the other tab, your cart is overwritten with an older instance of your cart from the time you opened the tab in question. Which means any products added since then are deleted.

My new picture mat was exactly as described-color and size were just what I expected. My mat was packaged so carefully and arrived sooner than expected. I will definitely use Frame USA for my future framing needs.

The website is easy to understand and navigate. I was a bit confused at first when i couldn't find custom sizing options but it was because i had selected "in stock only" frames. Otherwise a great product, store, and ability for even the "little guy" to order quality frames at reasonable prices!

Custom sized frames and mats were exactly to the size requested. I would prefer D-rings and wire on the back to the hanger that was supplied, but that was an easy DIY fix. My prints look great in their new frames.:-)

I have been purchasing frames from this site for approximately 14 years.
I have always been extremely satisfied with the quality and price.
Will continue to use Frame USA for all my picture frame purchases in the future.

The website has detailed instructions on how to measure and how the measurement resolves into the final frame - a refreshing experience. I found there is a need to be very precise in measuring the document size, as the 1/8 inch overlap is barely adequate to hide the edges under the mat. The frames were well made and were as expected.

A very professional customer support team member contacted me and adjusted my order due to heavy wait times over photo printing.

Upon receipt the large frame is defective. The unfinished wood grain clearly shows a crack through the frame. Quality control must have been on a break. The second frame is lovely!

Love the metal frame but the footing broke off the clamp as we placed the artwork. Luckily it uses pressure to stay in place and there are multiple ones. But that was not what we expected. The plastic frame we purchased is too difficult to snap in with the artwork. It is much too tight. We didn't use it.

Although I've had difficulty navigating the website from time to time, especially with the design a frame feature, these people do try. I have always found them very responsive to my comments and resolving any problems I've had. I appreciate that they have responded to me with a real person, since I find chatbots usually unhelpful. The 4 stars are for the products (not 5 stars, because I think the frames should come with the hanging rings installed-- I dislike doing it myself). Also, a bit more information on the products would be helpful, for example the thickness of the mats. The products seem a good value for the money and after shopping around on the internet, I always seem to come back to Frame USA.

I never get the date that my items will be shipped. I only got tracking information when I contacted sales to ask for a status of my order and asked if I can get tracking info when it does ship. Status needs to include shipping info and tracking if at all possible. However, I'm happy with the various frames I get:-)

There was an issue with my order (my fault) that the staff was wonderful and very polite with helping me resolve. The order arrived promptly, well packed, and in perfect condition. I would definitely use them again.

Quick and easy to select a frame to my exact dimensions and lots to chose from. Also can get rustic in different shades which I love because I ordered this one in darker shade before and needed lighter this time.

The frames arrived in a very satisfying time frame. However, during shipment multi-frames were damage. All the frames were damage on the same corner, as though the box had been drop on the edge and damaged all the frames in that area. I think it was the way the frame are packed and more likely how the shipper handle the boxes.
Frames were replace in very short time. Thank for all the help.

Shopping and ordering were easy. The shipment was quick. However, the corner of the glass was chipped, but the frame covered the chip. I placed some painter's tape on the area to protect the art and keep it from chipping further.

I order a good amount of frames and they all come in great shape, are sturdy, and great price for what I'm trying to achieve. I also order she'll only and it's nice to have the backing clips come as part of the order. Thank you guys!

I ordered frames and they came fairly quickly; however, a confirmation email was never sent out confirming my order - it would be nice to get that. When I emailed to request an order confirmation they very quickly sent it. Good customer service

Good company to deal with. Ordered a frame and the glass was broken in shipping. I called them and actually got a real person quickly and he sent another glass in just a few days. So I'm here buying another frame now.
