Frame USA

This frame was expensive. So I was very disappointed to receive a frame that had a ding in the wood, really very rough edged plexiglass and a flimsy corrugated cardboard backing instead of proper mason board. I won't be buying anything from this company again - obviously cheap and made in China.

Prices are reasonable, quality goods, great website that lets you visualize what your frame will look like with mat, etc. Mat color samples aren't quite true to life but that's typical on a computer monitor. I measured three times and was very happy when my two art prints both dropped right into their frames, perfect fit. Would order again.

Pretty easy site to maneuver around. I would like to see a better photo of the product as its hard to see on such a small scale, but was very happy with what we received. We purchased several size's and a couple different styles for our studio and all worked & looked great.

I gave you guys a hard time when I discovered the frames and mats I ordered were the wrong size. Long story short, in my hast I ordered from the outside dimensions instead the inside. It was a custom order, and you guys don't take returns on those orders. I wasn't happy with the situation. To your credit, the two staff members I spoke to were graceful in their denial of my request for a return. A few minutes after our conversation I realized what an idiot I must have sounded like to them. C'est la vie

It was exciting to find a company, online, that still sells these frame sections. Great product as well, USA made! We used them to frame a couple prints we purchased on our recent honeymoon. We will enjoy the framed prints for years to come.

On July 26,1992, I met Garth Brooks back stage at his concert in Tucson, AZ. Among the memorabilia I had him autograph for me was the poster that I put in this frame, along with photos of that night. That will live on in my memory long after a lot of others have faded. Thanks for being part of that.

The frames I bought seemed a little pricey and didn't come with the two day shipping I'm used to from a fulfiller like Amazon, but when I received the product in the mail I was very satisfied. Solid but not so heavy as to be inconvenient to hang, thin enough to not appear bulky but extremely sturdy. Came with a nice mat - I didn't end up using it but it would have been lovely if I needed one. Backing was dyed black and did not have a cheap paper veneer that risked damage or peeling. Mechanisms for securing glass/print/backing to the frame were simple but clever and also function as brackets for hanging in either orientation, portrait or landscape. All in all, a nice basic product that's sturdy enough to not break and to be worth moving.

Really easy and convenient to custom order a mat for my print. Well-priced too. I would like to say that I appreciate the packaging to keep my mats from getting damaged, but it was a little over the top the amount of cardboard for two very slender mats. Maybe you can use carboard corners to protect mats and then put them in a smaller cardboard box mailer.

Of 5 frames ordered in 2 different orders, all frames had gaps in corner joints and/or were misaligned on 2 or more corners. In one case there was a waxy white putty covering imperfection on frame surface. Would expect at least the corners could be flush. There was also some chipping of paint right at the corners.

Can't complain because of the price point but I had to sand some corners and touch up paint where light was showing through the black frames on the corners. Can't use two of them because of nicks in a corner that I can't fix. Just not good enough for a professional frame.

The frame highlights the work beautifully. The only surprise was finding it made of fiberboard which I do not recall mentioned in the description. Regardless this is undetectable from the front. The shipping system was excellent, no worries there. Overall a good source of frames and will happily use again.

The frames are what I needed for our posters and came as advertised. They look good, and the custom sizes I gave were all cut accurately. I sent an email asking a question and never got a response, but I was able to find the answer on the website.

Happily using frames from Frame USA for my photography print sales for many years. Always been very happy with product and especially the price. Excellent quality, always as advertised. Even their closeout frames are top notch. No one beats their prices and as a bonus, they offer quick delivery and excellent service. Good company to have as a partnerr.

Arrived perfect. Color perfect. Height perfect. Width- too wide for print. I rechecked my measurements and they were the same. This beautiful matte was cut too wide. Now, I am looking for a similarly colored gap filler to take care of the sides.

The correct matt color was used. I ordered polar white, but was given pure white and the upper right corner of the frame does not align and there is a noticeable space. Not sure how it wasn't noticed.

The frames themselves are decent build, but the glass was dirty and had to be cleaned extensively. I primarily purchased barn wood frames, and they cannot use command strips because the wood is old and fraying. It would have been nice to know because I cannot hang them on the walls. And since they do not include nail mounts either, I will have to replace them.

Quality was not up to par with what I expected. The frame feels shabby like it will fall apart. I tried to use it but the plastic plane that is in the frame is so frosted that I can't see the picture behind it. I expected something that would be at the very least as good of quality as walmart frames. I have to cut my picture back board down and purchase a different frame from Walmart.

I experienced a delivery problem with the original order. When I called asking for a copy of the invoice so I could file a claim, Josh surprised me by sending out a duplicate order with no additional charge. I was surprised and very pleased. It's a surefire way to gain repeat customers. He went above and beyond for me and I appreciate it.

My goal was to order two custom sizes of wood floater frames. Lesson learned to read all description. When I searched wood floater frame this variety came up along with other whole wood frames. I didn't read the description about "eco wood" with wrap until I received them and saw that they weren't wood. The first shipment was thinly packaged and arrived damaged but the company quickly replaced them with an undamaged replacement.
