Had to look long and hard at the options... never ordered frames this way before...
The picture download function isn't working. So I couldn't see how my picture would look in the frame. Bummer.
It was my second time ordering a frame. They are fast and the frame came in right on time. I greatly appreciate the promptness and courtesy of this company. I did not give them a 5 because I have to screw the tiny hanging devices behind the frame and I do not have anything to screw that with. It should be included and attached to the frame already. AT least, include the miniature screws to try to attach it to the delicate frame. My frame is still not hung. And for such a large frame, this hanging hooks should be bigger. These will not hold that big frame.
Lots of frames to choose from. Ordering process was easy. Frame was delivered on schedule. Beautiful frame. Matches the rest of my wood frames that I have. Recommend to everyone who wants a quality USA built frame.
I didn't realize there would be no glass. The plastic is opaque and you can't see the poster clearly. No happy with that.

Very hard to use The material is extremely cheap. The sides of the frame were almost impossible to put together. I had to use tape to keep them intact. There were huge gaps on the sides because the sizing was not correct.
