Not real perfume from manufacturer. Think....It is impossible to get perfume that is normally $130 from the manufacturer for only $37 95 from fragrancenet.com or any other extreme discount place for that matter, and expect it to be the real deal. To claim their legitimacy, they would obviously put a little bit of the fragrance that you're ordering and mix it with something that smells similar, but it is definitely, definitely not the same!

Terrible customer service

Non existent customer service, orders take weeks to ship out. Good luck getting anyone on the phone to resolve any issue you may have. Emails to "customer service" aren't returned. I would not recommend fragrancenet to anyone.

I first thought this was a scam as it took them forever to ship my order and their customer service was very slow to respond then I found all the bad reviews. I ordered early June, just recieved on June 28th but product was as promised and genuine as far as I can tell.
They also sent samples and other marketing/advertising for other online subscription services. I would of given them 5 stars if their customer service was a little better. So it takes forever to ship and get to your door but it eventually does.

Poor Customer Service
October 31, 2017

Very bad customer service. Make an order for a very special persons I'm flying out to see today. I was assured that it would arrive in plenty of time. Well guess what... Its not here. And when I called to see what happened, after waiting on hold for 20 mins, all I got was "I don't know... Sorry" Very poor customer service. I've been in Sales for 18 years. If I treated my customers this way I would be out of a Job. I guess they make enough money they don't have to worry about one guy. Very disappointed. I have made many purchases form this company and never had and issue. But you never can tell what a company is truly like until you have a problem and see how it is resolved or in this case how it is NOT RESOLVED.

I purchased Fancy Love perfume from Fragrancenet.com with the intentions of receiving it in 1 to 2 business days as I paid the extra to reassure this to happen. Spent hours for 3 days calling the customer service number they provided on their website. Nobody answers the phone because their is no customer service to answer the phone. Send 3 email's and never received a reply to any of them. This is not how you do good business. As a first time customer this will definitely be my last. Shame on you Fragrancenet.com... Shame on you.

Horrible do NOT BUY

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered two men's cologne, paid for overnight shipping on Thursday. Friday I get a notice that there was an error from ups and that my order wouldn't arrive until Monday. My order comes today and it's two cheap bottles of women's perfume. I spent 196 dollars on the cologne I purchased and received $39 worth of women's perfume. No response from them either. Will be chargebacking my purchase and never using them again. The order number plainly shows what I ordered and they give me freaking women's perfume AFTER messing up my order to begin with. Never again!

I placed an order on 12-10-2013, did not receive my order as yet, no communication from FragranceNet, Tried to contact them this morning, Sat morning, business closed. Order charged to my Amex card. I have a record of my transation, first time i have had problems getting my order from them. Should have been no problem with misdelivery since we have been in very small community for over 30 years. What happened to my order? 90$$ and no perfume. Something smells and not like flowers or spice.

Literally everything down to the little samples I had are FAKE! Like everything smells stinky like essential oils and the smell goes away literally seconds later! Can't return it since I already opened it and that's their policy so all of my money is just down the drain

I ordered Tom Ford, Versace and Creed cologne. They sent a delivery service i never heard of who tried to deliver at midnight to a apartment building. Of course i never received it! I assume it's stolen or going back to sender. Who knows. Don't order from here.

Fake product

Hello,
I would like to mention that I purchased the product and what I received is not the original product. The smell is not the same and I have been to validate at 2 perfume places and they said the same thing. It's a copy.
I'm quite upset about the situation of having me screwed over. I've been using the same perfume for over 8 years so I know the smell well.
I would like to know your refund policy please.

Ordered a fragrance I normally get in department stores. It was less than half the price. When it arrived, the packaging was not sealed, the fagrance was absolutely terrible and smelled nothing like the real one, and the color was yellow. There is no answer at the customer service. This is a fraudulent company, I have since read other reviews of people who had a similar experience.

Wish I would have read reviews before purchasing from this company.

My order took over 2 weeks to arrive even though I paid for Priority shipping. When I hadn't received it after a week I emailed requesting to cancel the order. Their response was the order was already on it's way and I'd have it soon. 5 days later still nothing.

I filed a dispute with my CC company and this seller agreed that I could return it once received and provided a return label.

I finally received the items a few days later, 16 days after the purchase date even though it was supposed to be 2-3 days priority shipping.

Once they received it back they never refunded me. It took another 2 weeks going back and forth with my credit card company to finally get the refund.

Awful company avoid at all costs!

Do not buy here if you expect your order to arrive in 2 to 5 business days as stated on the website!
They don't give any support or attention.
I ordered my order on the 04/27, the deadline for delivery would be on the 05/03, it did not arrive!
This is the second time I order and this happens, I will never order again on this site that has no commitment and respect for the consumer!
I have a trip tomorrow that would be gifts for family members and it didn't arrive. I opened complaints that were never answered, I called a number that they never answered!
It's frustrating because it's the second time it's happened.
Respect the delivery time that is mentioned on your website, this is ridiculous!

Shorted me one-third of my order, yet charged me for full shipment. Never notified me that I would be shorted until I inquired where the rest of my order was.

This is how they run their business? Why was I not notified that my order would be short at the time of shipment when they KNEW they were not sending everything I'd paid for?

Never again. I don't do business with companies who try to get over on their paying customers.

Lots of other fragrance discounters and they'll be getting my future business. You lost another customer FragranceNet. Way to go.

Scam of a company

Do not buy from this site. They just want your money. They lie to their customers about products shipping, provide bogus tracking information & refuse to refund your money when you do not receive any of the product you ordered. Stay away, stay far far away from this site. I wouldn't even give 1 star but you have to give one to leave a review

I just received my order of Dior "blooming bouquet" and Ariana Grande "thank you" and I can tell that both of theses perfumes from this site are fake. I purchased both of these in the past from Macy's and the bottles were a little heavier and the scent would last on me for at least 2 hours. The scent fades within 30 minuets, so I wouldn't suggest buying perfume from this website. A waste of my $$

100% Authentic Fragrances

I have ordered many fragrances from FragranceNet and have not ever received a fake perfume. I've written this review because I am very satisfied with their perfumes and their delivery systems. I felt confident ordering from them because 1) they are registered in the US Patent & Trademark Office 2) they advertise on Fragrantica site 3) you can return perfume if you are not satisfied. Usually I order from department stores but in the case of vintage fragrances and fragrances still being made but don't make it into the large department stores, I trust FragranceNet more than I trust EBay. I have received one fake perfume from EBay. I live in Virginia. This review was unsolicited and is true.

My daughter order perfume for my birthday. It didn't seem like the real thing so I wanted to return it. I have called several times to return it, but am placed on hold. I have emailed, but no answer. Worst customer service ever! Beware of this company!

I ordered a bottle of Jimmy Choo men's cologne, I must say it smells great! I'm happy with the purchase and the price. At first I wasn't happy with the shipping/carrier, it took a few days before it actually started to move, but once it was in transit, it arrived in Canada pretty quickly. I'm not sure why there are so many bad reviews, but I'm happy, and it was very well packaged, highly recommend. Thank you
