EDIT: In the end I did receive my package 3 weeks after its original delivery date and under a completely different tracking number. What surprises me is that the reps knew the tracking number had been changed but could not be bothered to let me know.
My order was correct and intact but Im disappointed that I was never notified of the changes made to tracking number.
I made several attempts to contact their customer service to find out what happened to my order (a bottle of CK one) which was never sent. They just kept saying it was en route. So I contacted the courier to confirm if they had indeed picked up my order. As the tracking number showed a ticket was made and that was it. He confirmed they never received a physical package. Only that a tracking slip was made. So the order was still at the warehouse.
I emailed their customer service about the situation explaining what the courier had said. In response I got the standard (for the umpteenth time) order has been shipped and is on its way. Apparently they dont read their clients emails.
Needless to say, I would not receive my refund.
So buyer beware. If I could give this joke of a company negative stars I would..
I have now placed 2 orders from them. Both were late and were gifts. This order is Christmas gifts for my daughters. It is now 5 days before Christmas and the carrier can't get the package to me without misrouting it. I reached out to the carrier OnTrack (completely HORRIBLE COMPANY) and found they got my order into my city only to misroute it back out 3 hours away. So now having to wait for it to come back. Tried reaching out to FragranceNet and was told to reach out to the carrier. Both of these companies are HORRIBLE. If you are ordering from them please order 2 months before you need it or you won't get it in time and they don't even care.
Ordered a $80 BVLGARI men's cologne and received a $17 Nautica cologne that was rancid. I emailed several times and kept getting the same response saying that I needed to return the Nautica cologne in order to receive the product I already PAID for. Horrible service and this is the second time they send me the wrong fragrance. Horrible service do not recommend!
I got an email stating my order had been delivered, with a tracking number that said it was sent USPS but when i clicked the link it was a fedex tracking number, which i thought was odd but brushed it off.
I was home all day and no delivery truck had been down my long gravel driveway that day but i went to check anyway, even checked the mail box since the confusing tracking info given in the email i thought maybe the post office came back and delivered it, I had already gotten my usual mail earlier in the day but you never know. No package anywhere to be found. I contacted Fragrancenet and they said to wait a week and see if it showed up and then get back in touch, Which was very unhelpful, no information on what exactly they would be doing to resolve the issue, would they resend? Give a refund? Say too bad it says delivered? I called fedex and they refused to help me because i was not their customer. So looks like ill be forced to call my bank for a charge back, hopefully i can get my money back. Do not recommend.
The order has being "processed" for 2 weeks. Had to cancelled it, and now waiting for a refund... Apparently that is their business model: to get your money and use them as long as possible.
I have ordered from Fragrance 4 times now and have never gotten Fake perfumes. I even received a bottle that the sprayer was defective and I called and got the RMA and mailed it back. They sent my replacement very fast and was extremely friendly and helpful. I cannot speak for everyone, but I can speak for myself and my family and friends and WE LOVE FRAGRANCENET.COM! We are loyal customers and will not buy our perfumes and colognes anywhere else. Thank you FragranceNet.Com for everything!
My recent purchase of Creed Green Irish Tweed was a complete letdown. Despite ordering a brand new bottle (not a tester) for a birthday gift, the package arrived with a torn box, no paperwork, and visible fingerprints on the cologne bottle. Upon inspection, I inspected the bottom of the cologne where "Creed Paris" should be etched. To my dismay, only the 'S' of Paris was visible. For a high-end fragrance like Creed, one would expect a more secure and impeccable packaging. As if that wasn't enough, they overlooked including the birthday note I had explicitly requested.
Customer service offered a return, but the remedy involved waiting for them to receive the faulty item before initiating a refund or replacement. Was told the estimated timeline is up to two weeks or more, leaving me without a timely birthday gift. I was offered to return the item and order another one if I needed it sooner! This experience is unacceptable, and their lack of quality control is disappointing. I hear the return takes a very long and at this moment I am not sure what to do. I am stuck with a used, probably not authentic very expensive bottle of cologne!
EDIT: A member of customer service just reached out to me, and offered a replacement. I will update my review if receive the confirmation email.
I placed an online order with Fragrancenet.com on 12/10/2021 for 3 bottles of men's cologne for $137.89. They shipped the items via the US Postal Service and provided me with a tracking number. I'm a steady customer of fragrancenet.com and I'm retired. So I kept an eye out for this package because I wanted to use the products over the holidays. The tracking number said that the US Postal Service had delivered the package to a Postal Locker on 12/17/21. So I went to my mailbox and there was nothing at all. Then I checked in and around my front door. Still nothing. Because of the holidays, I waited a little longer to see if it would show up. Still nothing. So on 12/23/21 I tried calling fragrancenet.com and they were not taking calls. So, I had to email them. To date, I have sent them 4 emails over this matter and have not received a response whatsoever. Today is December 30th and I still have not received this package. So I filed a complaint with the NY Better Business Bureau. In a few shorts hours, a complete and total refund was issued. I'm not sure what's going on with this company. They used to be very good. Unfortunately, I'll be taking my business to perfume.com... which is the number 1 rated online site for perfumes and colognes. So long FragranceNet.com.
This site looks very interesting. It has a very well designed layout. They have designer perfumes on discount. It seems like a great deal. Not sure if it is too good to be true.

I liked my experience on shopping on this website you guys should also try fragranceon.com as they have more collection of colognes and amazing prices.
I am weeks in and AMTHISCLOSE to disputing the charge with my CC company. Wish I had read hate reviews prior but I was too lazy to try and find Tom Ford product locally. So yeah, to date I am out close to $500 - tracking updates keep changing (but today is not even available), company never answers the phone. How they have lasted this long has me baffled...
DELIVERY was made same day as review - products opened and tested and are legit (authentic)
I do wish their communications were better and transparent, so I ma upping they review 2 stars
I've been on hold for 2 days trying to get Cust Rep to answer the freakin phone. Will never purchase from them again. If I could give zero stars I would
I ordered 3times and all was good. Unfortunately the 4th time I order 020 molecula smells like alchohol. Tryed connect with customer servis on phone 1hour on hold. They promised sent by mail return label, they didn't.
THIS COMPANY SELLS BOGUS PERFUME, AND THEN, PRETENDS THAT THEY HAVE NO RECORD OF THE TRANSACTION. THIS, AFTER AN APOLOGY, AND SENDING ME A RETURN LABEL TO SEND THE 3 BOTTLES OF "WHO KNOWS WHAT" BACK! THANK YOU AMEX! THEY HAD A RECORD OF MY TRANSACTION, MY RETURN, AND ARE TAKING THE $75.00 CHARGE OFF MY ACCOUNT. THESE PEOPLE SHOULD BE FORCED OUT OF BUSINESS.
They deleted my account and I lost all my points. They stated they dont have the ability to delete accounts. I have an email stating that they canceled it. So I created another account with the same email and saw that I have pending points. I then sent them an email asking why they wernt released and they stated that those are not eligible due to my account "being deleted after inactivity". I then took a screenshot of my old account with many problematic issues with my previous orders. This stated that I was active the whole time. No response...Before covid, I had ZERO issues with their customer service. Ever since then, they don't care about their customers. They are rude and smug. The ONLY reason I use them now is for discontinued frangrances. I will gladly pay more for a fragrance from a company that cares about their customers. Jomashop and fragrancebuy have top notch customer service.
They used to be good but now, every time I place an order they refund me for one item. Placed FOUR orders in a row and each time they refunded me 1 item. It's ALWAYS the item I want. They ship the other cologne that I order just to get the free shipping...plus, if I go back to the website, the item refunded STILL shows its available. Moving all my business elsewhere.
This website is the worst... PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS EVER! THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE... EVEN THOUGH I ORDERED A BUNCH OF TIMES THESE PEOPLE KEEP HOLDING UNTO MY ORDER... TALKING ABOUT VERIFICATION... IF I WAS GOING TO SCAM SOMEONE, DO YOU THINK I WOULD USE IT TO BUY FAKE STUFFF?... PLEASE DO US ALL A FAVOR AND CLOSE THIS SITE DOWN...
I don't get why a lot of people complain about fakes and other stuff on fragrancenet, I've been buying from them for a long time and the merchandise is always good, the colognes last some a few hours some all day but that depends on the cologne. I took a few colognes to the mall and they checked out just fine.
I think people who complain are either those that you don't really want their business to begin with anyways because they're the bitter ones who will complain about the water if it rains or complain about the heat if it's a sunny day, just whiners doing their stupid tantrums or it could be that department stores ask their employees to complain trying to create a bad reputation since they simply just can't compete or simply refuse to compete on the perfume market.
The only real complain if you want to look at it as a bad thing would be the time it takes for you to get your stuff, so to be safe, if you buy from them give it a two week window to receive your colognes, unfortunately, it takes a while to get them that's why I gave them 4 stars only.
Answer: Because they have terrible customer service. They don't even know how to spell customer service. Save yourself the headache. Don't buy anything from them period. Go to a reputable Department store and that way you know that you will receive the real fragrance and not some fake toilette water.
Answer: I have tried it and they had real products tbh. But if you want to checkout my fav site is fragranceon.com they have everything real and great prices. I found this website to be a better version of them.
