FragranceNet stopped using UPS Delivery Service is now using a cheap unreliable delivery carrier called TForce. TForce will not deliver your order. TForce will update its website to notate, "Delayed Delivery" which will go on and on for days

I ordered perfume from Fragrance.net for years... until recently. They are adding as much as $7 extra shipping to orders. The bubble areas next to the type of shipping you would like are being messed with. After I ordered, when I received my confirmation e-mail, I found that $7 (express shipping) had been added to my shipping cost. I DID NOT BUBBLE THAT TYPE OF SHIPPING IN ERROR! I reported them to the Attorney General for the State of New York. If this has happened to you please report them.

Fragrancenet is a Big scam. I have been charged 108$ and they delivered perfumes to wrong address. I have heard from people that they intentionally do that.

I ordered perfume for my wife on this site and paid with a credit card. They sent me an email saying for "security reasons" the order was on hold until until I provided them with personal baking information, including the phone number of my VISA customer service number. They wanted me to send this in an unsecured email. WTF?! What kind of phishing scam is this, and how stupid do they think I am? I have given them three days to refund my purchase or I'll have my credit card provider reverse the payment. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

Had a problem but they helped me solve it &refund literally came on the same day. Good company indeed

I purchased a few weeks ago. I screenshot as I proceeded. After placing my order I noted a billing discrepancy. I contacted the company repeatedly until I reached a manager. I provided the screenshots. I advised not to ship until the billing was corrected. The manager said she'd get back to me but never did. In total the adjusted the invoice twice after I ordered. They originally charged me over 50% more than I agreed to. They shipped it without correcting to the agreed and advertised pricing. They then adjusted the billing at 20% more than I agreed to without my knowledge. The original pricing I agreed to converted to according the their chart at $119 US. They charged me $183 US. The $147 CAD agreed to was factually charged to me at $233 CAD. FragranceNet made zero effort to fix the fraudulent billing to the advertised and agreed price. I reported it to my bank and they are investigating it as fraud! I had to get a new card to avoid further misuse by FragranceNet in future. They are sadly not reputable.

Please avoid fragranceNet, buy from authentic online portal. They will say they have shipped it but it won't reach you ever. No refund on orders while you will keep following up.

If you think its too good to be true it usually is and that is the case with fragrancenet.com. I've been wearing Viva La Juicy for years and i know the true product when i see it and what was poorly shipped to me was completely FAKE! I compared it with my old bottle and the emblems did not match (which the fake one actually fell off the bottle the second i opened it), The cap was much lighter and made of plastic not glass like the original. I received the box which was wrapped in plastic just like the department store so i thought it was legit at first but as soon as i carefully slid off the plastic the box reeked of rubbing alcohol and was soaking wet, and the bottle was almost half empty. Every time i moved the bottle it would leak. The smell is very close to original but will not last nearly as long, real Viva La Juicy will last for days on my clothes. Overall this website is a sad excuse for a business and i should of known better, however i am currently in the return process and I expect every penny returned to me or it will not be pretty. BBB has given it an a+ rating which is complete BS and i dont know how that is even possible. Save your money an buy the real thing people its worth it.

I ordered 3 powder foundations because they've become hard to find here in Canada and the price was right. Cost was $99, shipping took longer to arrive but we're in Canada so I was ok with that. The foundation colour is nothing like my other BareMinerals 12 Original powder foundation, much darker when compared. I suspect the product had been re-labelled only because there's such a big difference in colour. I initiated a refund and was told that although no return shipping label was available for Canada that I should email the receipt for return shipping and they would reimburse the cost of return shipping. I just received the refund today. They refunded $77 for the product, not the full $99, and chose not to reimburse the return shipping costs as promised. So it's a loss of $42. That dosn't seem fair shen the wrong item was sent. How is that the customers fault and why should the customer pay the initial shipping costs when it was fragrence.net's mistake. But they did only make promise to refund shipping over the phone, no paper trail there. And the items received did have the right labelling, even though it was not the colour/product it was supposed to be. All in all not a nice way to treat customers. I would not recommend this company.

It took more than two weeks for my order to arrive. I tried canceling twice because it was taking so long but was told both times that the requests were rejected. The package finally arrived (I ordered Clinique foundation and blush, shampoo and a makeup sponge) and the first thing I did was open the box of foundation. The makeup was a dark orange color. I ordered vanilla! Plus the contents were oily and had a funky smell. Really nasty. The blush wasn't much better. Sunset glow was dark brown and it looked like it had been used. See photo. I contacted the company for a return authorization number and the agent wouldn't give me one because I opened box and the makeup bottle to check the contents. Returns are only permitted if the packages are not opened. Seriously! Do yourself a favor, don't go near this company. Spend your money at a site that has ethical business practices. I made the purchase via After Pay and will be contacting them shortly so they're aware of who they're dealing with.

I Used This Before For Hair Products And Everything Was Fine. This Time I Used It For The Same Products, Ordering On Monday And Paying Extra For Shipping Before I Went Out If Town For The Weekend. By Thursday After Checking tracking, My Order Was Still In The Warehouse. They Would Not Let Me Cancel, Even Though It Hadn't Shipped. It Finally Shipped And Two Of The Three Items I Ordered Were Out Of Stock. That Would Have Been Nice To Know When I Put The Order In, since I Would Have Gone Elsewhere. I Will Not Use This site Again.

I thought i bought Jean paul gaultier. It's a fake. The smell is cheap and nasty
I have another bottle hear that I compared it to and it's nothing like it.

Had an issue on their website and duplicate orders where made
No confirmation email was sent on either order and I only knew the order was completed 2timrs was the immediate alert from my bank
Called both customer service number and emailed them immediately
The money for both ordes had been taken out my account and I still DONT have an order number or anything in communication or proof of the order
It's been 72hrs and not one email about the orders only continuous emails too order more stuff
I would NOT recommend spending money with a company who had no customer service AT ALL

Never got my order and they lied that there was a signature upon delivery. Carrier advised there was no signature. They are the worst company ever. Buy from a retailer that cares about customers.
