Why you guys have to send the old product at first place?
I ordered two products and it was packed well in a banded box with packing peanuts with safety tamper seal on the outside. The checkout process was simple and shipping was fast. Got exactly what I ordered at an amazing price. Definitely recommend and will buy again!
Very sophisticated sweet warm vanilla perfume, it's love for me.
Compliment magnet. People will smell you & stop you & ask what your wearing. Long lasting 10 hours plus on my skin, longer on cloths. Just my opinion my observation. Definitely will buy again

I've been shopping at fragrance buy for a few years now, and i have NEVER had any issues with them. My order is delivered in about two days after I placed my order (i live in toronto). The box is well package. The prices have gone up a bit, but so has everything else. I only have good things to say about Fragrance Buy, if you want good authentic perfume, with good customer service, fast shipping look no further. Highly recommended!

It's been my go to to buy Fragrance for years. I like the quick delivery 🚚 and the reviews
First off, I'll start with I'm glad you guys are here. The sales support and fragrance catalogue is amazing. You are a valuable company to Canadians and I highly recommend you to anyone I come across.
However I feel things have gone downhill a bit. Things like deals that have been less than stellar and prices have been more expensive compared to other discounter website(s) I also order from. I've also been waiting on fragrances for months only getting restock after I make the purchase somewhere else after having contacted before I did so. I don't know the specifics of the business and acquiring inventory, however the competition is offering me the fragrance in stock, with a better discount and a better faster shipping (UPS is slow) so it feels like there's a room to improve and things used to be a tad better. I understand economy hasn't been the best lately.
Things that I don't need to mention but I still will, is that the fragrances are always genuine and always get to me in one piece.
They responded to my request and gave me the response I expected.
