Bought a bunch of fragrances, and when I tried to return one of them, found out the buyer pays for return shipping. I think that should be covered by the company. A little disappointing.

Don't get me wrong, I love the website but everything sells out so fast before you get to think about buying it and the restock times are an eternity and with my order I was eligable for a deal that was the first 500 orders after an email they sent get a free sample and I also bought fragbuy greencare insurance with my order that shouldve gave me another sample but all i got was 1 sample and my package was poorly handled but after all I do love the website and they are awesome in general and the best discounter for fragrances
