I wish the free shipping threshold was a little lower but overall I'm very satisfied with the service I received. I've shopped here for years and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future.
Everything ships within a couple of days, their catalogue is enormous, and their prices are unbeatable. I don't know why Canadians would shop anywhere else.

Excellent customer service I had ordered the wrong cologne for my grandson, sent the email Saturday asking for a cancellation and had the response on Sunday confirming my cancellation. Wow totally impressed. Placed the replacement order and it was delivered in three days. Wow again thank you and continued success for Fragrance Buy.

My fragrance arrived in a timely fashion. Unfortunately, the packaging is different from what is advertised.
My bottle arrived and the glass portion of the pump was snapped clean off, perfume saturated the entire box. I messaged the customer service email and heard absolutely nothing. Never again
I am editing this review to note they EVENTUALLY got back to me. They were apologetic and refunded the money I spent. Their initial service was awful, but they responded to this review right quick

I have made several orders now and every time I have received my parcel it has been very well packaged and arrived all in great condition. The pricing has always been very fair or cheaper than any other distributor in Canada. The selection is second to none, always finding what I'm looking for plus more! I have never encountered a mix up or mishap. Usually always getting my parcel before the said date. Both my wife and myself don't look any further than right here! There are a couple small things that I would change if I was in charge. When I make orders I am purchasing all scents for men. So why would you send me a sample for a women? Don't get me wrong getting a free sample is great, but it would be all the better if I found another winner for my collection. One other thing I would add is the notes to each and all of what you carry. I would bet in the long run you would end up selling more because then the customer knows exactly what his or her likes are. There for finding others that are comparable to purchase. Rather than buying blind so to speak. Overall great experience. Won't be the last time I order. Thanks.
Great site to get fragrances at discount prices. They also carry a lot items that you can not obtain through usual department or drug store retailers.
