Nature's Garden Cosmetics is a hidden gem in the world of natural beauty products. Their commitment to using high-quality, organic ingredients shines through in every product I've tried. The results have been fantastic for my skin, and I love knowing I'm using products that are both effective and environmentally conscious. The only downside is that their prices can be a bit high, but the quality more than justifies it. Nature's Garden Cosmetics is a brand I trust and adore.

I think we paid around $30 for shipping for our order, and the order did not arrive. They claim it did with UPS and they are refusing to help further just for that fact. The worst customer service I have experienced. Will not be ordering from here again!

Myself, and a friend ordered multiple bottles of narcissist, and it was delivered with zero cents the company refused to believe us, and refused to refund. I even offered to mail the bottles back. They didn't change the formula because I have been making the same product for two years and now. I even ordered two other cents that I've been using for two years they have almost 0 smell after they are used in my product. I have also noticed a change in the consistency and how it works in our soaps, and it is basically unsellable. This company puts zero product information. You have no idea what you're getting. It is probably the worst company I've ever dealt with for Customer Service. I have already moved onto a bigger and better company that is completely transparent.

I received the fragrances I ordered and they emailed me to follow up and make sure I got the ones I ordered. A couple weeks ago my order was delivered to the wrong address so I take advantage of the follow up option.

Pretty good, would be better if website was mobile optimised. Please also consider direct to Australia Shipping option. It's so expensive with all these third-parties and additional "handling" fees when you could just provide that option directly.

They have a variety of quality products at competitive prices. If I won the lottery, or when my business takes off, I will be shopping more frequent and larger order. So many items not enough time... lol

I paid an extra $4 for the expedited shipping but it still arrived late! On the expected arrival date I emailed them about it but they opted to wait three days until it showed out for delivery to say if I hadn't got it by end of day I could get a refund! That's some kind customer service. Talk about a poor way to do business. All about getting that money and nothing else matters after that.

Love my experience with Nature's Garden. Ordering was simple, fast and efficient. Plus, I love all of my products I received. The Fragrance oils are so yummy it's difficult to pick a favorite. Do happy I ordered from them.

Y'all are awesome and y'all's fragrances have never let me down (once I actually read the information). My only complaint is that I always seem to get a few leaky bottles in each order, but that is very minor. Nothing is perfect and expecting perfection is unfair and unrealistic. Keep up the great work!

I was so surprised that my order of reed diffuser base came so quickly. I know the times we are in have been challenging for businesses and consumers, but natures garden seemed to process and ship my order with great speed.

I am a big fan of the whole sale supplies that Natures Garden Offers. They not only have the largest collection of exquisite fragrance oils and essential oils but also provide soap bases and candle wax bases for people like me who want to set up a small business at home that not brings in the money but is also fun to work at. I have created soaps, gel waxes and bath and body products using Nature Garden Products and highly recommend this company for candle and soap makers.

NG has always exceeded my expectations. I am beginning the daunting journey of making foaming sugar scrubs and body lotions. With the a bit of research, content from the site (including some awesome recipes), and excellent products I feel as if NG is setting me up for success from the start.

Website is easy to navigate. Shipping was super fast. My products were packaged nicely and I received everything that was ordered. Their prices are great and so is the quality of their products. I'll definitely be making another purchase soon.

Selections are always great but these shipping prices are getting out of hand. I needed to buy a box of Palm wax but I could not justify the extra $41 for shipping. My local supplier has the palm wax, I'll get it there, but they don't have a wax that is suitable for my other candles. However, my local supplier has 2 different waxes that I can blend together to achieve the right wax. To date I have spent $1,129.14 this year with Nature Garden, and I haven't even started my busy season yet. Nature Gardens is about to lose me as a customer if they do not start taking care of their customers, starting with their shipping prices.

I feel people may be frustrated by missing the "Add To Cart" button after selecting an item because on some monitors you have to scroll down to even know it's there. After finding out what they selected wasn't added to the cart, they have to remember which items weren't actually entered- which is hard for someone just browsing. Maybe this step could be eliminated? Other than that I enjoyed my shopping experience.

Not a great experience really. The bird box was sent with completely the wrong instructions which meant many lost hours trying to implement without success. In fact, we had no chance! I called a couple of times and a helpful lady sent me out new instructions - I mean they were not just revised, but a completely different set! Also for £170 I think the bird box should come with a bracket or some means to fix it to wall/tree etc... this one came with naff all which is a bit stingy really.

Site is pretty easy to shop, although the search engine could be better. Doesn't have everything I was searching for, but I also didn't spend a ton of time exploring, either. I do wish shipping had a less expensive option.
