I paid an extra $4 for the expedited shipping but it still arrived late! On the expected arrival date I emailed them about it but they opted to wait three days until it showed out for delivery to say if I hadn't got it by end of day I could get a refund! That's some kind customer service. Talk about a poor way to do business. All about getting that money and nothing else matters after that.

Sometimes I have noticed that your search bar is hard to find, and the last time I received an order my fragrance had spilled slightly in the bag. I have noticed from other company's they use electrical tape around the lid or cap, so that's just a suggestion.

Paxful is ignorant that is why they responded don't waste your time responding to me when you have a job to do on your platform. I am hearing all kinds of problems that Paxful is giving their users well thank God I am not and never the only one. Paxful better change their ways and update their damn platform fix things up and make it easier for their users so we can come back if they want their users to be satisfied. This is bull$#*!

I've been a customer for 8 years.
They currently have a "birthday" free shipping promo... however, in fine print it EXCLUDES candle wax!
They're a candle vendor!
How rotten is that? At least put a limit on wax... you already put a $125 minimum purchase on it!
AND you don't carry gel anymore!
The ONE TIME you offer a decent sale & I can't use it.

Love the fragrances that I've ordered from NG. The site is simple and easy to use and the shipping was quick, especially for during the pandemic when everything else I order from other places is taking AGES to even be processed let alone shipped. Lye was out of stock with my usual supplier, so ordered from NG this time around. I can't leave a review because I haven't used it yet. Thanks for great service!

I've been ordering from NG for years. Love the product and love the prices. I literally have only had 1 or 2 fragrances I didn't care for. But that was just my personal taste, the products still worked extremely well.

I love the quality and selection of fragrances and essential oils. They are so strong and perform so well in candles and soaps. Everything I have made is so well received by those that receive it. Also, if I have a question or need advice they have a great customer service team to help.

I have had nothing but great experiences with Natures Garden! They have amazing customer service and I can always count on the orders to arrive within a day or two. Their fragrance oils are out of this world. I will not waste my time with other suppliers because Natures Garden has fabulous products and prices, great shipping times, are always willing to help, and their website has a ton of helpful information. Thank you, Natures Garden, for being a company I can count on.

I can't believe this company as the audacity to call these fragrance oils "High Quality". Absolutely vile. By far the worst FO I have ever bought. I would LOVE to return them for my money back as I can not use them in my products. What a waste of time and money.

Was really looking forward to all the scents that I purchased and being able to help me with further purchases, but unfortunately the bottles came and some opened up in the process thus not allowing me to identify more than half the scents and several were a total loss. Wish I had a better shipping method, but will work with what I can distinguish.

It won't let me use the coupon code to get free shipping (special for the month) with my order and I tried leaving a message but have not had an answer yet so had to just put the order through with shipping charged to me. But I have to say this is the first time I've ever had this issue. I still love the products and just hope I don't require customer support in the future or that it gets better.

Purchasing scents online can be tricky and somewhat frustrated given that everyone's preferences are different. It's easy misidentify an oil or balance the correct notes. The oils I ordered match their description, as do the reviews. I'm very pleased so far and hope the hot throw matches the cold throw in every batch. Thank you!

Received my items very quickly. Everything smelled nice and I'm happy with the scents. I do however wish you would change your caps to a squirt cap. It's very hard to not spill any during measuring. I would think they would come this way without charging the customer extra for a cap that should have been used in the first place. I wouldn't mind paying 25¢- $1.00 more per bottle just to not deal with wasting product.

I am excited about trying out your product line! I've heard quite a bit about products your company offers. I look forward to doing more business with you for sure. My order of wax colorant has a really strong moth ball type stench, lol. I haven't tried the color dyes yet but definitely hoping that the smell does not transfer to my wax or fragrance. Other than that, I was pleased with the scents selected.

Easy to find items and easy check out. Shipping is too expensive but I love Nature's Garden so much that I am willing to pay a bit more.
It's fun shopping here and you always have what I am looking for. There are frequently new items that I want to try and I'm already looking forward to some new purchases next time. Your fragrances are delicious and last a long time. Easy to locate on your website too.

I said I would come back and leave a review about the Joy Wax after I tried it out. Well... I love the wax. Super happy with how it turns out each time! Easy to work with and the tops of my candles are perfect. I will continue to buy the Joy Wax from Natures Garden. The only reason I left 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the fragrance oils. I bought 4 of the same size but the oils were all filled at different amounts. I did email Natures Garden but never heard back. But beside that, I love the Joy Wax so I will probably stick to just buying the wax from there from now on. I hope this helps.
