Nature's Garden

I purchased a certain oil from Nature's Garden many times in the past but this order was a very fainst scent. Never had an issue before this. I guess everyone's cutting back.

What I really loved was the personality in the descriptions as well as the amazing resources the site has! With more digging, I found recipes, tips, what works together/what may not work well together, etc.

I was not expecting so much transparency and actual help, so I was really surprised and have already ordered a second time.

I was surprised at the high shipping charge, but delighted that both the Red Rose buds and petals and the Lavender buds were carefully packaged and arrived amazingly quickly. When I opened the box, the scent/fragrance was lovely. It's nice to find a company that cares about the quality of by their products.

We've exclusively used NG fragrance oils on our cold process soap making to great success! I appreciate the transparency of customer reviews which helps us select which ones to use. Highly recommend to other soap makers and candle crafters!

The shopping was wonderful. The shipping cost was higher than any place I shop. For this reason I deleted a lot of other items. Priority mail would get the job done for so much less. I was so pleased with the product, I went back in and was going to order more fragrances but the shipping was just so high I just changed my mind. I don't do this for a living. It is a hobby. I will keep checking to see if there is any reduction in the shipping cost.

The fragrance oils smell great but I make body butters and soap and measurements are important. The bottles I received have no dropper or the drop controller. I know it may be a small thing but it matters to me

I have rarely needed to contact customer service, but I recently had an issue and sent an email. I received a very quick response that they apologized for the issue and would get it resolved immediately. Within an hour, I received notification that the missing item had been shipped and I received the item the next day. I will forever be a loyal customer with that level of service to your customers.

NG has always been on time & speedy with superior packaging for over 12yrs I've dealt with this company. The descriptions are always on point and informative for every fragrance - always my personal go to more than BBW or any other seller!

This is the third time I have tried to use 10% fragrance oil discount code and would not accept. Message stated proceed to check out to use discount code. Not realizing no discount was used. This has me reconsidering using this company for my fragrance needs.

I received my order today and with today's shipping issues, I believe it was delivered in a timely manner, on time with the time scheduled by the shipping company. I ordered 20 lbs citric acid and it came in two bags of 10 lbs each and 20 lbs sodium bicarbonate, 4- 5lb bags. Everything looks great. I always receive good service and great product from Nature's Garden.

The website was easy to use and shopping was simple. However the fragrance I ordered, $#*!es Brew, does not have a good smell in the bottle. Hopefully it will smell better in the cold process I bought it for.

Everything (and more) that I wanted was in stock and the pricing was really great for the quantity you get. The only disappointment I had was a few of the fragrances not performing as stated on the product listing.

Great selection of fragrance oils. I'm shopping from Canada and used a parcel forwarding service. It went well, though the shipping was extremely expensive ($70). Two of my fragrance oils leaked a little, which caused the lettering on the plastic bottles to all slide off and now I can't read most of them. I think I will order from Nature's Garden in the future, as they have such a good selection, though they aren't nearly as leakproof as the Canadian suppliers from which I usually order.

I ordered 12 different 1 oz fragrance samples. I wanted to try some different fragrances in cold process soap. I can honestly say that I was pleased with every fragrance I received and cannot wait to use them in soap.

Very easy experience; arrives wrapped well. I like that I can receive my product in a good time-frame and that it generally arrives in excellent condition.

Bought a Bunch of concentrated oils to get away from wax melts then had to buy carrier oil. Called to find out how to mix and was told at first one part concentrated oil to tell parts DPG carrier oil. Called back to tell then I couldn't smell the scents very well. Then they said mic half and half. Still can't smell very well. Wasted over $165.00. Will go back to wax melts and have my home smelling good again. Bye Natures Garden. It'd be nice to have customer satisfaction guarantee.:...(
