E collect prices and products were as advertised. Shipping time was reasonable, though tracking could be better.
FragranceBuy has become my first stop for fragrances. Prices are excellent, shipping is reliable and reasonably speedy. I recently received a sample of Parfums De Marly Delina La Rosee (a generous sample) and my wife loved it so much, I bought her a bottle from them as soon as it was in stock. Great products. Great service.
I placed an order which I never received due to FedEx delivering the package to an unknown location. I followed up with Fragrance Buy who sent me a link to file a missing package claim but since filing I haven't received any communication. I sent an email to follow up but still have not received any updates. I called FedEx who stated it's the sellers responsibility to file a claim.
I contacted FragranceBuy via email, as instructed on their website, to initiate a return. Their response outlined two options: I could ship the return myself at my own expense or request a return label, which would deduct $12.95 from my refund. However, despite multiple follow-up emails requesting a return label, I received no response. Frustrated, I left a one-star review, which finally prompted a response from their customer service team. To their credit, they acknowledged their mistake and kindly provided me with a free return shipping label.
However, it's important to note that any returns incur a 20% deduction, as returned items are considered 'open package' and must be resold as such. While I appreciate the resolution, the lack of initial communication and the steep return deductions are something potential customers should be aware of.

I purchased 2 bottles of Jovan sex appeal from you and i received Jovan bottles but, the scent was something totally different. I held up your "Jovan" to a bottle I still have and they are two totally different colors. Definitely not Jovan sex appeal. I feel as though I've been swindled by your company. You took my money but, didn't give me what I originally ordered
