I'm a fragrance collector so I buy fragrances very often. I'm very pleased with the overall experience at Fragancebuy.ca. The product selection is huge, you get amazing deals, ships fast, and never had any issues with the orders. I'm a very, very happy customer.
Great price and amazing customer service. On top of that they give you extra discounts based on points you accumulate during each purchase.
I bought a parfums de Marly Valaya that I am not sure is authentic as I could barely smell it when I sprayed it on my wrist. I was given an option of returning it but that would mean losing almost 30% of the total amount since it was already opened. Not sure how you would want a customer to know if it's authentic if they do not spray the perfume to give it a test.
Fragrance buy is my number one spot to buy hard to find fragrance on reasonable price.

Not sure if I have such a complex scent in my 150 bottle collection. It can be fresh and powdery at different times in its life. Good projection and the sillage is wonderful. Leans more mature 25+, but not overly serious. Well done Xerjoff! Great job fragrancebuy as always!

All was fine. Took a few days to get out, but it did state business days and order was placed during a sales event so i am sure order quantities were high. Once finally shipped transit was quick and believe products to be legit.
Everything went well, the perfume was cheaper than retail, only wish that I had a more accurate shipping time which I would blame more on FedEx then FragranceBuy

I recently placed my first order. I noticed the following day that I had made my first mistake. I ordered 2 bottles of one fragrance by mistake. I emailed support and they responded promptly with great service. Upon receiving my order, I noticed my second mistake. I ordered women's perfume instead of men's cologne. Again I emailed the support team and they responded quickly with great advice. I will use them again on future orders.

I have yet to receive an bogus fragrance from them so far and I have 5-10 orders with a price tag of 250+ for each. Reasonable discounted prices with authentication products. You can't go wrong with the good people at fragrancebuy.ca
I placed a large order a week before Christmas, expecting it to arrive in time for the holiday. A few days later, I received an email saying the order was ready to ship via FedEx. However, FedEx did not process the order for several days. Despite reaching out multiple times to FragBuy for updates, I received no clear answers, only vague responses like "According to our records, FedEx is processing your order." Unfortunately, the order didn't arrive until after Christmas, which was extremely disappointing since the items were meant to be Christmas gifts.
The keep you well informed of the status of you purchase. Love the packaging.
Less than a week form Canada to the USA. Shops here in the states don't even fulfill the orders that fast.
