Overall A++… I've ordered quite a few times and every order was a success. Reasonable prices, fast easy shipping, my only qualm is that products sell out quickly which is no fault of their own.
It took about 4 business days to fulfill my order and about 1 day to receive it once shipped. I'm assuming fulfilment is usually faster but I ordered during the black Friday sale so I expected a "delay". Overall I'm very satisfied!
This is my go to for buying fragrance.
The only thing I would change is if they require signature for delivery I wish they would allow shipping to be changed by the receiver to place a hold at a nearby pickup point. FedEx didn't allow me to change to a pickup location and it's a pain communicating that with fragbuy.

The cologne was pretty damn great but the wait time to get my product shipped to me felt like forever but you can't beat their prices.
I have found many hidden gems which are far below what I would have expected to pay. The shipping and delivery is always great as well.My only do that objection is that my points went missing and after contacting support and having been reassured to have them restored; they have not been restored.
As always I received my package in a timely fashion and everything was fully intact with no damages.
I will continue to purchase fragrances from your website as I am always satisfied with both the product and the service.

My purchase arrived in a timely manner and, as ever, was well-packaged to keep all of the bottles (and there were many) safe and sound. Now, I just have to convince my wife that I'm not going overboard with the number of fragrances I've been buying!

It takes 10 days from frag buy to ship then transit time extra
I post above text before as a review but after that I receive an apology from fragbuy team, I appreciate that. At least they try to contact me which shows care for the customer. Because of high volume of orders my order was delayed.
