I'm very pleased with my purchases from this store. This store has great prices and selections of good fragrances. I also received my shipment in a timely manner. I'm satisfied with my order.
Product was received with no cello wrap, the cap off the bottle was off and fluid was leaking everywhere.
Was offered a $7 gift card which was okay, still not too happy overall.
The product is good and qualify but the delivery service is bad because I did not hear any doorbell sound and they leave the product outside and just taking some photos as evidence.
Send the package late...with a lot of delay due to importation, I shipped to a temporary address, and they refused to send it back.

I live just up the street (I just found that out from the return address) from Fragrance.ca and was surprised when I received my order 2 days later. This is great and the prices are equally as great.
I was not expecting the packaging to arrive in such a secure box which was impressive. The quality of the products were A1. Will definitely buy more in the future.

I purchased my first niche fragrance from fragrancebuy, and I accidentally forgot to put my buzzer number in the information. Luckily, customer services was extremely fast at replying and made sure my information was updated immediately. When I got the fragrance, it was well packaged and there were no dents in the box. The fragrance itself was very high quality!
My only issue was dealing with Fedex. I understand that what FragranceBuy does has absolutely nothing to do with how Fedex handles their packages and as such the rating is unaffected. However, Fedex made several "delivery attempts" on a weekend and on a holiday, days which Fedex Ground doesn't even operate, and they left doortags that were not filled correctly attached to the package (not even on my door when they "attempted" delivery)!
In total, I absolutely love FragranceBuy and recommend it to anyone who loves fragrances. The thing I suggest is making sure you don't cheap out with the delivery option if you want a smooth delivery. The prices are already so good, you want to have your closure! I will definitely no longer purchase retail and I will buy from FragranceBuy more often.
