The delivery man called to confirm delivery and I received an email with evidence of delivery. It doesn't get any better than that.
The carrier said the package was delivered but I am yet to see that package. It's the first time I've purchased something from this website and not received it.

Outstanding customer experience! In the world of online shopping I think we are all accustomed to, not only delays and miscommunications from time to time, but the impersonal nature of these types of transactions. Not so with Fragrance Buy! I've been delighted by my shopping experience with this company. Truly!
The level of customer care and service has been completely unexpected. My order was dispatched right away and arrived within ONE day! (And yes, I happen to live in the same province as this business, but past experience with other companies has proven this is no guarantee for quicker service.)
And then when my order arrived, the packaging was another surprise - no standard brown cardboard box for Fragrance Buy! Not that it was super fancy, but definitely a thoughtful and fun design. My perfume was in perfect condition, boxed beautifully, just as advertised, and smelling great. The follow-up customer service from FB has been a fitting close for a transaction that has been excellent from beginning to end.
I'm so happy to have found this company and they will be my go-to for all future perfume purchases. I don't think I've ever left an online review anywhere before, but Fragrance Buy has earned the praises! Someone there really understands what makes for great customer satisfaction.

I have ordered many fragrances from different websites during my fragrance journey. Most I have had a good experience with, but with a much higher price tag on the fragrance. Fragrancebuy.ca has the lowest prices and the largest selection of designer and niche fragrances available online while maintaining a lower price point than other websites. Also the perks associated with the loyalty program have saved me a lot of money on shipping when I'm only purchasing one fragrance. I can't speak for their customer service- because I've never had an issue with not one order. However, if their customer service is anything like their packing and shipping service, I'd say it's got to be exceptional! On not one of my 10+ orders have I ever received a broken bottle, a partial order because they ' forgot' an item, an issue with quality or quantity. And believe me, I have many fragrances from various other retailers in the past whom I have had those issues with. Not with Fragrance but.ca. Their packaging is top quality and orders are always correct. Period. So if your like me and you've tried the rest, now try the best. Thanks Fragrancebuy.ca! You have a customer for life with me!
Easy to use website. Lots of fragrances not available on every other site (ex. Ministry of Oud line). Shipping arrived on time and without damage. Overall 10/10 experience.
Very user-friendly website and easy to navigate. Pretty decent reward program if you purchase fragrance 1+ times a month. They have some fragrances other websites do note. My only complaint that the arranging options for fragrances (i.e. Viewing them by brand, price, etc.) is not the most optimized, but still usable. Overall 9/10 experience.
