I was told package was shipped and on its way within 1 hour then its postponed until next business day Other than that I'm quite happy with the company always seem to get product very quickly Just think the shipping company used should be more efficient. I think it shouldn't take 4 business days to deliver in the gta.

My fragrances reached my home really fast. I was surprised.
I ordered about 8 different fragrances and 1 of them was broken. The box had foam but they can't control how the boxes are handled.
They gave me a refund for that item and a free shipping code for my next purchase of any kind.
I ordered boadicea complex 2020, I was sent boadicea complex the original. Totally different fragrance. Fragrance buy was quick to act and relieve the issues. Their service is fantastic and they understand how to find a resolution the right way. The thing I love about this company is that they stay in communication until the issue is fixed.

I'm 4 orders deep in the FragranceBuy world and have never been disappointed as of yet, everything is organized nicely on the site, all options show immediately on the pages of different fragrances I'm looking for. I can't complain about the free shipping with 5 bottles or more. The orders I've received arrive nicely packaged with a sample that seems to be based on my order selection, while I get notifications on order status and have had no issues. I'll be placing my 5th order in a few days because I need to expand my collection a little more.
This site is the best discovery I've made of 2023 so far and seriously fueling my fragrance obsession. They have a good variety of designer and Niche houses, great selection, effective reminders for restock and great prices. Also, the delivery is quick and comes late enough so that I'm not missing it while at work.
