Email communication was good and the package arrived surprisingly fast to U.S. I was underwhelmed by the one tiny sample I received after they advertised special doorbuster samples with this particular promo code but overall satisfied with the company.

I've gotten two hauls in the past two years and man… frag boxes are sealed, packaged for the greatest of challenges, obstacles and most importantly, bumps in the road! The shipping is amazingly quick to California. The goodies they throw in, let's you know these guys are the best of the best… and lastly, their selection is MASSIVE! Keep up the amazing work yall.
Never disappointed. Excellent pricing. Excellent product. Very quick to ship. Only wish the free standard shipping was based on $ value of the order as opposed to number of products purchased. Always have to factory that shipping charge if only requiring one or two items. Either that or more free shipping promo's might produce more orders, never know :)
There's no way to go wrong with Fragrancebuy. The only time I buy retail is if I have points to use at a store that brings the price in line. I see the occasional person complaining but then see the response by Fragrancebuy to make it right. What more can you ask for. The points system makes for an even cheaper experience when you want to load up. Nothing I can say negatively.
Through numerous purchases in the past year I have never had any issue. All of the fragrances arrived on time, properly packaged with no damage. I've had to reach out recently to ask a question and follow up question and found their response was in a reasonable time frame and accurately answered. I will continue to use fragrancebuy regularly.
I have ordered with them several times. Despite living in a different country (US),I usually get it faster than with many other sellers based in the States. Prices are also better like 80% of the time.
I loved buying from fragrance buy. At first i was a bit scared they might not be authentic but I was wrong. They delivered me in 2 business days which crazy fast and the packaging was very well made. They even gave me samples but I wished they could've been better fragrances that they chose to give me. Overall excellent and I am glad that I made my purchase from FraganceBuy.
Fedex is $#*! they never came and now I have to go 30 kilometers to look for my order as long as you do business with fedex but I will never place an order on your page again
Box was opened and taped shut at the security tab and appeared to have been opened. Free sample box was empty and crushed and $300 worth of perfume was banging around loose in the box. Fragrance seems solid but overall the experience was lacking.
