Each photo I have ordered for anyone turns into a treasured piece of artwork. The Photos are Beautiful and stylish. You can hang them on a wall or display them on a stand. You won't regret giving a gift of Fracture.
If you have never had one of your images printed on glass, you are missing an absolutely wonderful experience. I can only describe my latest prints as "Magical". Fracture does such a wonderful job, you'll want to print all your photos. The attached images were taken with a Velvet 85 LensBaby lens and the soft glow was printed perfectly.
The day after my dog (a/k/a best friend/partner/love-of-my-life) died, I gathered all my withering strength to pick out his very best photo and splurge on a giant FractureMe glass print of my angel. I literally waited for the mail each day for it to arrive. Fortunately it arrived quickly. Unfortunately the print was grainy and didn't do my handsome pup justice. I don't like to complain, so I put the pic aside and continued being sad about losing my dog. Then I got a email from Fracture asking if I was happy with my print. I checked off a few boxes indicating I wasn't happy, and next thing I new, "Jessica" reached out to ask me what happened and asking how she could make it right. Her attention is the reason I wanted to write this review. Jessica was patient, compassionate, friendly, warm, SO HELPFUL in my time of need. I can't begin to tell you how appreciative I am and how wonderfully she treated me! When I reached out to thank her for making me feel so special and important, she told me that Fracture is all about treating people right, and Jessica seemed very proud to be a part of that. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, to both Jessica and Fracture!
We can't say enough about our 3 Photo order from Fracture. It was for a very special family event and was to be presented at a housewarming. Fracture did everything right but UPS kept losing it, saying it was delivered and it wasn't, then saying it was delivered to another address... it was a nightmare. I sent an email to Fracture just to let them know what happened... not really expecting them to be able correct a UPS issue. But they did! They sent a duplicate order next day air and it arrived just before the house warming was to start. It was stunning! The couple it was for immediately put out on display and all the guests loved them. The quality, workmanship, packaging, everything was the best... there is nothing that could have been improved on. I want to let everyone out there know Fracture is the best! I ordered a Fracture of My Love who passed onto heaven in2018. I wasn't completely satisfied but Fracture made it right at no extra cost to me. That's Phenomenal especially in this day and age of the world. The replacement was Excellent. It almost looked real. My package for arrived damaged, no fault to fracture. I called customer service and they had asked me to leave an email message and they would get back with me. To my surprise, immediately, I received a very personal and heart felt email assuring me how sorry they were and that they would make it right. Well they did! Two days later I received my package. It's beautiful!
In my haste to order a wedding present, I forgot to add the discount coupon. One email to customer service and it was taken care of the next day! Jessica was very efficient, friendly and was able to solve my issue immediately. She also included links to tips for help in the future. The photos turned out great for the wedding couple and arrived even before the scheduled date!

I appreciate being able to have the photo wall restored so quickly and they didnt charge me for the replacement or require the shattered one to be returned. I'll definitely order more prints!

I had been wanting to print something on glass for a while. I sent in one of my abstracts and had it printed on glass, with a matte finish to keep the reflections down. But when I got it, it worked well, but to me, it was too bland. *Note: "photo below doesn't do it justice. It was beautiful, just not bright enough and sort of bland." I was nervous about calling, but they not only made "me" feel good, they immediately said they would do another one without the matte with no cost. I got it today, and I am extremely happy with it and the company! I am now going to order another one as soon as I figure which photo to send. They honor their 100% guarantee for satisfaction without any arguments! A great company and beautiful products!

When I ordered my fist picture of an Iris and received it I could not beleive how perfect it was. So clear and bright. I have two of them on my desk now.
I had two photos printed on glass from Fracture Glass. When people see them, they ask me if they are attached to cardboard.
They are printed in matte form. And would look so much better in glossy. They looked like they had been printed as a poster.

I have ordered several prints from Fracture and they have provided the very BEST customer service that I have encountered on ANY web based company. Received my print and didn't notice it was cracked until after I had given it to my husband for his Birthday. We noticed the break on Sunday night at 9pm. I emailed customer service and received a response at 9:08pm, and I'm not referring to the computer generated one either. They then shipped out a replacement piece the very next morning.
I am in the customer service industry and have been for more than 40 years. How different things would be if every company treated their customers the way that they do at FRACTURE!
