The quality of the picture is no where as clear as the jpg I sent them. They say this is printed on glass, but looks more like a cheap plastic. You can find better work at a number of other sites. Definitely something I would not do again. It's funny how their website only has great reviews and no where you can make comments, so I have to believe those are staged reviews
In this age of poor, or no, customer support from most online companies, Fracture is a breath of fresh air!
Something happened with my order so I reluctantly picked up my phone to call them (fully expecting to go through the usual irritating process of waiting and being transferred and waiting). I was given the option to chat about the issue and to my surprise, I received a response in minutes. They gave me the option to resubmit an edited photo and they would send me a new picture. There was no argument (and no charge!) Amazing!
This is a company that really stands behind their guarantee and you will not be disappointed in the quality of the product.
I will definitely use their services again!

My beautiful little doggy Roxy died and I wanted a picture of her. Went to fracture pictures and ordered a picture of her. I bought the larger picture which in turn cost me nearly $100. They blew the picture up so much that it made her come out blurry. It is definitely not worth the money. I will live with it as a mistake, but I want to warn other people. Do not pay these high prices and get blurry pictures. If they would have looked at it they would have seen that they blew it up too far and it was blurry. I'm very dissatisfied with it. I will never be ordering another picture from them again.
I was really excited to get some pictures done as presents for Christmas until I received the box. There were 3 pictures of various sizes and it was like a child had packed the box. There is no bubble wrap or secure packaging. Both smaller pics have broken pieces as they were not secured. This company makes it impossible to get in touch with them. I will never buy from them again. I have 2 broken presents and it could have so easily been avoided if they really cared about their packaging. No phone number to contact the company, you have to dig for a way to contact them. Sketchy
Picture looked great. Sent this as a gift and paid the extra 3 bucks for a stand. Went to our friend's house last night. Picture was displayed on their buffet with a clear plastic stand that they bought for $0.88 at a local dollar store. Still waiting for my $3.00 refund for the stand that Fractureme never sent along with the picture. It's in the small details folks. So annoying.
I have issues with a frame that I ordered. Fracture replied and offered to replace or issue future credit, but neither of the options works for me, so I requested a refund. So far they have not responded to my email. And there's no phone number. Needless to say their 100% happiness guarantee doesn't hold up to scrutiny. At the very least they owe me a negative responsealthough their help page does mention that refund may be an option. I will update this review if/when I hear back.
Update: Just heard back saying they issued a refund. So I'm updating the star rating from 1 to 3.
First they are very expensive. And odd sizes. Standard size of 8 x 10 is
7.2 x 9.6 and $40. So as a professional photographer I cannot offer these.
Otherwise, they are beautiful. Come very true to color and tone.
I now have 36 Fracture glass photos of friends and family on my wall! Simply glorious. All without frames, glowing back at you when you look. I use Alien Tape instead off screws or hooks. That way the pictures can be removed and/or rearranged. The service and product are EXCELLENT. There is simply no way to improve either. Recently an order for 9 photos was lost in the mail (my fault because I used an old address); When I reported this to Fracture, their answer: no problem! And they replaced and shipped a replacement at no cost. Great people, great product, great service.
My boyfriend recently entered 10 photos in a country fair contest. Four of them won ribbons! How exciting. When I saw Fracture prints (TV ad), I thought that would make a perfect and special gift. I followed the easy instructions to order Fracture prints and they arrived ahead of estimated time and before Christmas. He was delighted! Me too! Next we'll be selecting other photos and sizes to reproduce this way. I'll attach a simple photo of the photos mounted on a white wall.

I ordered two extra large prints and while they appear to have arrived in good shape I didn't notice the slight chip on each one until I went to hang them. These are incredibly fragile so I'm now not sure what I can do with them.

My decorator recommended that I use this site to for a glass print of a photo that i took in Pebble Beach. I was looking for roughly a 20 x 30 good quality photo to hang on the wall. There are so many companies to choose from and this one did not disappoint! I ordered it, along with an 8 x 10 of another photo, on Monday evening and it arrived Thursday, less than three days later via Federal Expressed. It was packaged so perfectly with the screw to hang it up with! I'm sold and will continue to order from here. Great quality!
Bad reviews on the way. Asked Canvas champ about reviews. I say it was cracked before shipping. Terrible quality assurance. Won't be ordering any more from here. Might want to check the picture before u send it out.
My fur baby passed away very unexpectedly, so to say that I was devastated was an understatement. About a week later I came home to find this waiting for me that his two doctors had sent me in his memory. Words could not even accurately describe how beautiful it was! I have since purchased a few gifts for others fur parents who were just as excited as me
Prints are truly amazing and far better than expected. I've flush mounted my large prints, without a frame and the completely transform a wall space to something of beauty.

They shipped the glass pictures in a cardboard box without any packaging material. Absolutely insane. If they have a phone number I could not find it on their site. Sent an email with pictures and two days later no response. No excuses for the shipping of lack of response to my email.
Quick response, great customer service, beautiful product that they stand behind. I have several fracture pictures and love them all. I purchased a 16 x 20 about six years ago (it is a beautiful photo of Positano from the water) and a small section pulled away from the glass, the only one with an issue. I emailed Fracture and someone responded within 24 hours and they had already searched their files based on my name and current emails and found only the order from 2011. They asked for other emails and names that might have been used for my order - within a day Tyler responded that they could not find the order but that they would be happy to replace it, no charge. I could send that picture or any other. I sent in the picture and within a couple days I had an email saying that my new photo was on its way. Thank you Tyler and thank you Fracture.
I had ordered a few pictures from them previously that turned out great so I decided to order a larger picture of lightning I took at night. When the print arrived, I was a little disappointed since it looked lighter than the original picture and took away some of the effect. I emailed their customer service department to see if anything could be done. I heard back the next day and they explained they typically try to make pictures pop by lightening them up but would be happy to send me another print for free to closer match the original picture or I could submit another picture that they would print free of charge. I work in sales and understand how important customer service is. They instantly won me over as a lifelong customer and have already referred friends and family to them as well! Amazing company with unbeatable customer service!
I ordered Fracture for my wife for Valentine's Day and could not be more happy with the product I received. The pictures are so clear, I am considering replacing all of my framed pics with Fracture. She told me that it was the best V-Day present she had ever received. They are a bit pricey but are well worth it to capture our memories together.
