Paid over $15.00 dollars to have product shipped and the product was still sitting on their dock three days after it should have arrived my location. Tried to chat with customer service and they would not respond. Will never use them them again

FANTASTIC COMPANY!

I have ordered over 20 photos from Fracture and they are all BEAUTIFUL! I realize some of my older photos aren't going to come out as clear as if they were taken yesterday, but even so, they still turn out wonderfully. I have several animal drawings from my son (drawn when he was 11) and being able to put them onto glass and hang on a wall to share with everyone is a great joy for me. And I know it makes him proud as well. Every order I have placed has arrived quickly and in tact, and I love knowing that they are super EASY to hang... no drilling and installing wall anchors needed! I just now ordered 3 more photos and can't wait to receive them! Thanks Fracture!

I saw and heard some ads for "Fracture" and their printing directly on glass. Although this would seem like a perfect medium for photos, the execution is not of great quality. I sent them a high-resolution image and had it printed a small size just to try it out. I received a grainy, washed out printed image. I sent them an email with a side-by-side photo of their print next to a print on paper from my Canon Pro 100 to demonstrate the difference. My first email went unanswered. My second was replied quickly and with an offer of a new replacement print. I accepted - waited - and received a grainy, over saturated printed image.

Apparently, "Fracture" has not perfected the printing on glass technique. I don't feel they were worth the $30 I spent to try them out and will definitely not return to them in the future.

I found Fracture on CNN Sirius radio and ordered six photos. Their service was great. Unfortunately one of the photos I chose did not meet up to my wife's expectations. In other words she hated the photo. I sent a different photo to Fracture with her approval and told Fracture of my experience. They completely understood and refunded me for the bad photo originally made and also did not charge me for shipping or any other charges, It is nice to see a company that is truly customer service oriented these days. Brave Fracture.

It made her cry

My daughter received her picture and loved it. She just sat there looking at it and cried. She said she has her babies (babies at the age of 22 yrs & 18 yrs now) back with her. All her girls pictures were lost in a flood but now she has them back in one Fracture Glass Photo. Thank you so much for the great work and very fast delivery.

Excellent quality

I sent in a photo I took on my iPhone on a backpacking trip. I honestly didn't expect great quality since I ordered a large print. It turned out gorgeous! I can't get over the quality and the crispness of the picture. The turnaround time was very quick. I will definitely be ordering from Fracture again.

Amazing quality and support!

I love my fracture glass print! Initially the first order I received was slightly off as the image I had was important for all edges to be seen. They promptly asked for photos of the edges and re-printed it and it's now perfect and amazing! If you have a print that you need every pixel to be displayed be sure to reach out to them first before ordering so they can help. Or add a pixel buffer on all edges. The quality of the print is just simply amazing. Thanks!

A new process to get your digital pics in a whole new way. Printed in reverse on the back side of glass, and sprayed with a opaque backing to protect the print then mounted on foam-board. The website is laid out nicely and pretty self explanatory. There are currently some limitations as to what they are able to process (size wise) but I read they are working on new ways to process more and even better/larger images including those from professional photographers.

I just received my fracture photo and it is such an improvement over a paper photo. The service was great. The first one ordered never arrived because the post office sent it back damaged. Fracture immediately made another one when they were notified, and I received it in short time. It is beautiful. I would definately order again.

Cherished Memories...

Going into this blindly, and taking a chance... I am Greatly surprised by the QUALITY, promptness, and good pricing. It is imperative that as a customer, you adjust the photo via whatever medium you have to suit your taste. This from reading other comments. I adjusted my photo's to suit my taste, and they turned out "Just Fine"! Folks must remember, they (Fractureme) can only work wit what they receive, as this is not a 'Studio' that can and will fix bad (poor) photography!
I am excited to recommend this organization and will continue doing business with them. You 'Must Remember' however, to be satisfied with what you submit before submitting to have them (Fractureme) complete an order!

Thus far, I have ordered 16 prints from Fracture, and I am extremely pleased with the quality. By the way, the matte glass looks so much better and richer than the plain glass. The website is easy to use and my prints came well packaged and arrived quickly.

There was a slight issue with my last order but Hannah very quickly and professionally sorted it out. I was expecting a typical stock response stating someone would look into it and get back with me, but was very pleasantly surprised when I received an email from Hannah specifically addressed my issue, and what was being done to sort it. It was so refreshing to see customer service actually work in a manner we would all want/expect.

When I evaluate the quality of the prints coupled with the exceptionally high quality customer service, I have no reservations using Fracture for any and all future projects.

I'm not sure what the negative reviews are all about. I found this company to be the easiest to order from and the best quality of any product I've ever purchased online. Their customer service is beyond a 10 STAR rating. I have recommended their product to many friends already. I will be a customer for LIFE! Keep up the good work Fracture. I had a photo I up loaded I didn't realize was not quality. They reached out to me and it was corrected and shipped out in one day! Just in time for Christmas.
And the quality of the finished product! Colors jump out even in very low light. The developers of this process should be very proud. Teamed up with great customer service I highly recommend watching your video of their factory very impressive quality people quality products do business with these people you will not be dissatisfied

Ordered a 5x7 print with matte finish of a favorite memory for our daughter in law. When received, we realized 2 things... we should have ordered a bigger size and not with the matte finish. When asked to complete a survey about our experience, we mentioned both mistakes we made. They responded and offered to make it right. The new print is actually better than expected and we are so grateful they reached out to us. We will be a returning customer. Thank you for caring.

What a wonderful company! I can't say enough about the quality. I like the idea of no frame and printed on glass is a dream come true. I do not like frames. I've always purchased the glass frames, the one where you stick your photo between the glass and some kind of press board, which ultimately would ruin your photo because the photo would stick to the glass. Now, my pictures are printed ON glass. Amazing... This is the sixth time we've ordered from fracture. My husband and I love this company. The turn around is fast. The quality of the finished product is amazingly beautiful. I've purchased gifts for family, friends, my husband and everyone loves their gifts. I'm impressed with this fantastic company. I will continue to order from them. They also have coupons all the time and free shipping if order $100.00. The pictures arrive unharmed due to the packaging. I had been wanting to print something on glass for a while. I sent in one of my abstracts and had it printed on glass, with a matte finish to keep the reflections down. But when I got it, it worked well, but to me, it was too bland. *Note: "photo below doesn't do it justice. It was beautiful, just not bright enough and sort of bland." I was nervous about calling, but they not only made "me" feel good, they immediately said they would do another one without the matte with no cost. I got it today, and I am extremely happy with it and the company! I am now going to order another one as soon as I figure which photo to send. They honor their 100% guarantee for satisfaction without any arguments! A great company and beautiful products!

Totally satisfied

I ordered a Fracture print before Christmas. It was mailed, but I never received it. I contacted customer service and they could not have been more responsive. They sent a replacement within a day or two. I received it today and it is beautiful! I will be ordering again.
Let me add that when I uploaded my first photo choice, I got a message that the resolution would not work well with the size selected. I chose a different photo and I am very happy with the end product.

I received this as a gift and was totally disappointed. This appears to be a picture glued to a piece of glass. You're better off putting it in a frame unless you don't want it to shift. You can see the film of a photo when you look at the back. It's not etched or imaged within the glass itself. Very disappointed in the representation.

We're so sorry to hear your that your order didn’t turn out as you expected, Meek! We guarantee every Fracture print is printed in ink directly onto a sheet of glass. That glass sheet is then affixed to a thin opaque foamcore backing to seal in the ink and allow for wall mounting.

When making Fracture prints, we first print with color inks that make up the image itself; the second pass is a solid white layer to make the colors pop and give depth and opacity to the color.

This second, white layer of ink can often peek through the foamcore backing on the back side of the print, and a few customers have mistaken it for a paper photo under the glass.

Made everything better
November 18, 2021

My prints look beyond beautiful. A small hiccup, one of my prints didn't make it to my house. Adam in customer service jumped in and I had my second print in two days. Now if that isn't customer service I don't know what is. GREAT EXPERIENCE all the way. I'm planning on getting more prints (already have three pictures picked out).
