I've used this service twice so far. First time everything went smoothly. Second time, I had some issues BUT they were amazingly helpful. Jane and the team at forward2me were really helpful the past few days, I had a mix up with the seller I was buying from and they did all they could to help on their end. I contacted support many time but there is no DHL tracking number from Japan

Customer service was great, they answered every query promptly, the process was easy and my product was delivered much quicker than I was expecting. But the delivery fees were too much - it cost the same as the product I had bought, so won't use again unless it's absolutely needed.

Everything was super simple and delivery was fast. My complaint, which may prevent me from using the service in the future was shipping options were very limited and expensive. Mich higher than the calculator on the website.

We noticed you have shipped shipment from Japan warehouse with UPS Express Saver. The cost of shipping is generally calculated by the amount of space that your shipment occupies, rather than the actual weight. This is called the volumetric weight. All couriers (examples: DHL and TNT) use the volumetric weight to calculate their shipping prices. However, if the actual weight is more than this volumetric weight then the shipping price is calculated using this actual weight.
Right now, we currently offer DHL, FedEX and UPS at Japan warehouse. Hopefully, we can provide budget friendly shipping options for this warehouse.
