It is rare that one gets a problem solved so quickly. In my mind, my response to the solution, "exactly, that will do it". Aimee responded to my message to help sort out a confusing situation. I was not sure if the package was mine and quite frankly, the issue should not happen. Usually, a support person will ask you lots of questions. I feel exhausted that I usually say ' forget it'. Sometime, you explain the situation, the person gives you a respond as if he/she had not read any of what you wrote.
Aimee first message began by describing the situation (the packages and their content). She sort outlined two options. One option was the solution. My reaction was " that's it, I like that".

They got the shipment and right away they informed me also they shipped it one day after I pay that it also good also it's an address in uk tax free that save money and the shipping to your destination country it's no so expensive (but not cheap either)

After having tried pretty much all the leading forwarders for many years, I am currently using only Forward2me. No need to look elsewhere - they have it all. Multiple locations in most major e-commerce countries (US, UK, Germany, Japan), competitive pricing, work with all major couriers, work fast, and even fill out the customs declaration for you (you just need to input the price). One of my forwarded packages got delayed at Customs and they were very helpful in chasing it up with the relevant courier.
She carefully informed me of the shipping status. A few hours later, I received a message saying it was ready to ship.
