I chose to use forward2me as the online reviews were good. My experience though was far from that. I placed an order through their online shopper service for an item that had a cost of 699gbp and I had asked to proceed with the payment which was a total of 768gbp which I did ( forward2me administrative fees are pretty high for just the service of ordering the product as 69ukp is 10% of the value of the product itself). By the time I paid and I was sent the invoice the price of the product in the retailer' s site remained the same. 3 days later I receive a mail that I have to pay an additional 200gbp as the invoice was incorrect and the price of the product had changed to 899gbp. As you understand I denied based to the fact that it was not my fault that the price has changed as I had paid the required amount in time and also got already invoiced ( which proves that by that time the price was still 699gbp otherwise they would have notified me that the price is not correct). I tried to explain the same to the forward2me representative over the phone but she was keep insisting to ask for a refund which will come after the retailer refund them back. I further explained to her that is not my fault and that if somebody from forward2me forgot to place the order in time and the price have changed in between then they should own the mistake and send me the product at the original paid & invoiced price as any professional company would do. The result is that they hang up the phone in the middle of the conversation and after some minutes I received a notification from Paypal that a refund was issued. The end result is that except of the days that will take for the money to be refunded to my account I also lost the product I wanted at the offer price! So please be careful if you choose to use their services!

I completely understand your disappointment, especially considering the inconvenience caused by the abrupt price increase and the subsequent cancellation of your order.
Upon further investigation, it has come to our attention that the disruption in the phone call was due to a technical issue with the customer experience representative's headset. According to the CX representative I spoke with, their headset had a dead battery, resulting in the unintended termination of the call.
As for the refund issued through PayPal, I understand that this does not compensate for the inconvenience and the missed opportunity to purchase the desired product at the initial offer price. We genuinely regret any loss you may have incurred as a result of this situation.

Avoid this service. When they receive a package, they open it and catalog each item for customs purposes. They made a data entry error on my order and tagged an item as a fresh food, which then created a requirement for my package to have FDA paperwork to ship. I have tried contacting the company via every available method over the course of the last week (emails, their contact form, phone calls) and have been unable to get this issue corrected. At this point it seems like I am unable to ship the package to myself because of their error, and am out the full amount I paid for the order. AVOID!

Failure to provide the correct paperwork may result in your shipment being either returned or seized by customs. Smooth operation, received my item in exactly 1 week from Germany through FedEx. Vendor does not ship to US so I had to use them for forwarding services. Very smooth transaction!

As a U.K. Expat I've used f2me for years now as some items are difficult to get where I live. The service has always been excellent. Very easy to use, and has also saved me money as some retailers enable me to use their Channel Islands depot to save on the VAT. Whilst the f2me service has always been great, sometimes the shipping companies have had issues (not f2me's control). In a recent issue Nica from f2me customer support spent weeks following up on a missing shipment with the courier and really went the extra mile. Very helpful with locating my parcel when I was going to have it binned due to it containing food and not being aloud to ship into this country. On further investigation the item was in fact aloud in country so Jane retrieved the parcel, messaged me and got it shipped! So helpful and kind making sure it wasn't money wasted!
