My box was wet and pushed in on one side when it arrived but the products inside were fine. This was no fault of Forward2me but FedEx once it was received stateside. Great packing job saved my shipment. Was also very fast. Will definitely use again!

I had a great experience with Forward2Me. Their customer support was quick to respond (even during the Christmas and Holiday season) and provided confirmation shortly after I inquired about shipping items to the destination country. The shipment arrived faster than expected and in great condition.

I ordered a package in Germany (living in the Netherlands). The price in Germany was way lower on my goods, but the company was not shipping abroad. While this is all Europe, free transportation of goods and people is our right, so no additional taxes can be added to the costs of the order.
I decided to use Forward2Me, and it worked! I saved 300 euro on the order and payed an additional 33 euro for shipping to Forward2Me. Track and trace codes helped me to see where the package was, so I was never concerned of the package not to arrive.
Of course this took a bit more time to get my package, but I was not in a hurry to get it.
If I ever see a big discount in Germany again and the costs of re-shipping is less than the discount, I would just use Forward2Me again.

Warehouse keeps disposing essentials even when told to keep them.

Customer service taking these review under consideration and contacting customers to solve their concerns shows a great deal on how the company prioritize their customers.
