  • I had spoken numerous times with Customer Service to establish properly sized harnesses for my 32-lb.
  • I purchased a leather harness for my lab from fordogtrainers.com and could not be more pleased with the quality!

  • I placed my order on 11/4, UPS label was created on 11/5, it's 11/10 and guess what, that order still has not shipped!
  • Well, it has been over 10 days and no return label has been sent as was promised.

“Scam: after purchased no more news”

Ive saddly bought for 200 USD or dogs equipment. After payment (the only smooth process workign with this web site!) I never get any news / fedback but only an email to contact (which of course never answer any inquiry). Definitly a scam and no way Ill get refund my 200 USD. AVOID!

“Impossible to reach by phone”

Good products. So if you know exactly what you want you are ok but if you need customer support its not going to happen. Tried countless,(at least 10 times), to contact to return an item that was misrepresented on the website. I called during the designated hours as stated by their answering machine but nobody ever picked up the phone. I always recommend their products to friends BUT always remind them what happened to me that their customer service doesn't exist as it is nonexistent.
