Purchased a jump on the site listed on sale. Contacted via email by site. Told out of stock. Could pay another 200 dollars for a different one or wait a month or two to produce. I said I would wait the month or two. Month goes by. Contacted and asked for another 56 dollars for shipping (already paid 18 dollars for shipping) due to weight and dimensions... Meanwhile the jump has never come off the site or gone off sale the entire month. When I asked why I now have to pay almost 80 dollars for shipping on an item they knew the weight and dimensions for the entire month I waited no answer was provided, nor was an answer given as to why the item was still on the site for sale, be careful ordering, I am doubtful I would have received item, went for a refund from my card instead of paying more than triple for shipping.
I'm sure the quality of the muzzle is good, but the customer service is beyond deplorable. They refuse to send me the muzzle I ordered. At first I was fine to do an exchange to the right size, however, I have gotten to the point that I no longer want to give this company my money and it seems they are making the refund process extremely difficult. Do not waste your time with such terrible customer service.
I purchased a muzzle I had to measure my dog for. The straps are 4" too short and I've reached out to them twice by email... no number listed. I have not gotten a response in a week. It was a $60 muzzle and all they need to do is send me longer straps. Very disappointed since I waited a month to get it.
This is a con job company. Do not buy hear, they do not deliver your goods. I ordered a leash, they keep telling you it's on it's way still after 2 1/2 months. Telling me some bull$#*! that it's made in Ukraine and some other country across the world. They make it sound like it's made in US. I'm so pissed.
I would recommend FDT Company to any dog trainer. They have the best quality supplies and their customer service is outstanding. It's been a few years since I've used them but I still recommend them to friends and they always seem to be happy with the service and products!
Ive saddly bought for 200 USD or dogs equipment.
After payment (the only smooth process workign with this web site!) I never get any news / fedback but only an email to contact (which of course never answer any inquiry).
Definitly a scam and no way Ill get refund my 200 USD.

I was looking for very good dog nuzzles, the website looked good and legit from ForDog Trainers. There was a good guide for the measurements and I liked all the details. There was something about that you have to sent an extra email so the order would be sent in express. I ordered the nuzzles and sent to different email addresses the request for Express. After waiting for a week I contacted them, which was not easy finally Facebook messenger worked. They sent me an tracking code, I found out that the company is somewhere on the end of a donkey trail in Belarus? Strange because I paid to an Israeli Company? The confirmed to me that it is express, but later it was NOT?, anyway3 weeks later I am still wafting. Now the informed me that the possible express delivery is taking 17 days FROM THE DAY IT"S SENT! And the only sent the orde a week after I order. This is a very lousy organization, I am still awaiting my nuzzles

Will not accept credit card payments and will try to scam you out of your money by requesting an unsecured bank payment. Customer service is deplorable and I will NEVER EVER do business with these crooks again.
I emailed them over a week ago, their response was they would get back to me regarding the problem and to this date no response. Their leather and the rivet snapped.at the top of the muzzle upon pressure almost causing a potential disaster and they DO NOT CARE and evidently DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT. What a shame because this could be a potentially great company. My husband did a better job of fixing this product to hold them they did below left repaired and right their product
Ordered a brown leather harness and leash with brass buckles. Shipping was slow but considering where it came from I can't complain. They provided a tracking number immediately upon request and answered all of my emails within an hour. The harness and leash are gorgeous and the leather is great quality and I'm expecting them to last awhile. Would order again.

I've reported this business to my credit card company as fraud. I highly suggest you all do the same. In an age where I can order something through eBay or another international site and not take 2 weeks to "ship" an item with countless excuses about how they transfer items to a warehouse that's in a village is beyond me. Please everyone, call this into your card issuer/bank as fraud. That's what this is. A collect our money and never produce a product fraud.
I purchased a leather harness for my lab from fordogtrainers.com and could not be more pleased with the quality! Guy at fordogtrainers.com provided great customer service and since my purchase has followed up to make sure I was satisfied. I will definitely use these guys again!

I purchased a collar from the website, got a collar that did not fit my dog. They would not give refund and fought with me for one month. Still no refund. Collar was to be 1 3/4" and was given 1" wide. Length was also too short even though I measured the neck correctly. They said I purchased a collar that was custom and no refund could be given; however, I selected one off the website's list and now it has been removed from the list and not an option anymore. Customer service very difficult to work with. Would not answer or return calls, would not work with me on the online chat. Had to talk to manager who didn't respond for 1 week (told it would be immediately). When chatted again, manager was not available anymore. Nothing but grief to get a collar that fit my dog. They did offer 15% on next purchase which is another disappointment! Why would I buy from them ever again?

I was honestly very excited about ordering from this company as its all the rage in my group of dog friends. I needed a muzzle for a potentially aggressive dog and a few other items. Instead of shipping me my order in a timely manner I've waited 10 days and all I've managed to get notified of was they didn't think the collar I was buying would fit my dog however they had no idea what dog I would have been using it on. Which delayed my order even more. 10 days not have passed and all that UPS has is a label made for it. I'm not to thrilled with the experience and likely won't order from this sight again.

Sometimes we have delays in delivery, it is true. The main reason for that is that some items from the order should be produced, usually it is muzzles and collars - they never lie on shelf, and our production department starts producing items right away the order is placed. It takes a while. Sometimes we have to ask a customer to remeasure his or her dog simply because we see that measurements are incorrect. All this is done to make sure your pet gets the best fit muzzle which will ensure comfy wearing.

Good products. So if you know exactly what you want you are ok but if you need customer support its not going to happen. Tried countless,(at least 10 times), to contact to return an item that was misrepresented on the website. I called during the designated hours as stated by their answering machine but nobody ever picked up the phone. I always recommend their products to friends BUT always remind them what happened to me that their customer service doesn't exist as it is nonexistent.

I ordered a dog collar from this company back in February 2016 which was lost by UPS and I asked them to send me a new one to replace the lost one I paid for. As of today May 13,2016 they are emailing me and harassing me. This company is very unprofessional and an absolute joke. Do not waste your money or time with them.

I am sorry your item was lost while being delivered, sometimes it happens. We use ems and ups delivery service depending upon the customer's country of live. In situations like these we bear responsibilities though it is not our fault at all, and we send a new item to a customer.

I recently ordered 7 Artisan dog collars from Fordogtrainers. They arrived today and they are all absolutely beautiful! I am delighted. They are so well made. The leather and buckles are of excellent quality and very strong. My dogs will probably wear out before their collars do! Thank you Fordogtrainers! They ripped me off of 100$, I ordered a french bulldog muzzle and it still hasn't showed up, 53 days and counting! I asked for a refund and still haven't got it and doubt i will! They have stopped replying to emails, delete my comments of Facebook to show what a scam they are and have gone silent since asking where is my product or money! If you google dog muzzle they come up with so many random pages or your area code to try pull you in to their bull$#*!. For example if you type muzzles Australia it will come up with. Au or for nz. co.nz but it's a company in America who say they make it there and then order it from Israel and never shows up! Don't waste your money or time! It's a scam!
There are a score of online canine supply companies which all are beards for the same Israeli company. This is one.
I "chatted" about a proposed purchase with someone who either didn't speak English or didn't care to chat. With my question unanswered, he simply vanished.
