“No response from customer service”

I purchased a muzzle I had to measure my dog for. The straps are 4" too short and I've reached out to them twice by email... no number listed. I have not gotten a response in a week. It was a $60 muzzle and all they need to do is send me longer straps. Very disappointed since I waited a month to get it.

Tip for consumers:
There is no phone number to reach anyone if you have a question. When you email them, their is no response. Buyer beware.

I am not able to use product. It is too small.
