Thank you for your interest in Footwear etc. Our headquarters is located in California, and we're now celebrating over 30 years of great customer service. We're a family run business, which started as one store, but has grown to 11 locations along with our online store. Simply stated, we're old fashioned when it comes to the way we treat our customers. We pride ourselves on making people happy.
Why should you shop with us? In addition to our great customer service, we carry what we feel are the best products in footwear today. If it's uncomfortable, we simply don't sell it. You'll also talk to real people when you call in. Each staff member is trained, friendly and solution-oriented. In addition to comfort, we focus on remedying common problems in the feet and legs. Why did I have to scroll down to find men's shoes?
This was the first time I ordered shoes from Footwear Etc. It was extremely easy & shoes arrived on time. Would definitely use this site again.
Footwear Etc is probably my favorite shoe brand. They always have fast delivery and not the worst prices I've seen. The quality of the shoes themselves is also excellent, I've never seen any defect or anything like that. It's a pleasure to order from this brand. They try to show how important every single customer is to them, and that's cool.

I love this store. I always shop@ the Willow Glen store here in SJ & love it. I used to shop at your outlet stores until they were closed. I got my sister-in-law hooked on Footwear, Etc. & love getting the rewards. I've never had any problems with your products & your salespeople are so courteous & helpful.

Having foot problems I have found this particular shoe the most comfortable for my hammer toes due to the soft surface. Thank you
Easy shopping as I am familiar with MBT shoes and the sizing. I purchased 2 pairs of sandals. They arrived in 2 days. One pair fit and I returned the 2nd pair MBT Kaweri sandals) because they were too loose across the top of the foot.

Navigating this website was intuitive, and ordering was easy. Thank you. When I received my shoes, I put them on immediately. Suddenly the pain from plantar fasciitis that was "killing" me was gone. The shoes were cushioned, and extremely comfortable. I'm so glad I bought them. Even my husband commented on the ease with which I was walking.

Easy website and a wide range of shoes to pick from. I did pay full price, which there was a little discount. Did find the same shoes at a lower cost at other stores. But didn't have my size and color. Overall, very happy with Footwear etc.

The shoes I ordered look like fantastic shoes. Unfortunately, a smaller size was in the box. With the Shelter In Place, I cannot return them to the store. Please provide me with my options to get these in the right size or return for refund.
