Thank you for your interest in Footwear etc. Our headquarters is located in California, and we're now celebrating over 30 years of great customer service. We're a family run business, which started as one store, but has grown to 11 locations along with our online store. Simply stated, we're old fashioned when it comes to the way we treat our customers. We pride ourselves on making people happy.
Why should you shop with us? In addition to our great customer service, we carry what we feel are the best products in footwear today. If it's uncomfortable, we simply don't sell it. You'll also talk to real people when you call in. Each staff member is trained, friendly and solution-oriented. In addition to comfort, we focus on remedying common problems in the feet and legs. On the website It said if I signed up I'd get a 10% discount. I signed up, did not receive a discount code in either text or email, and did not receive it at checkout. Very disappointing that the advertisement was not fulfilled.

Footwearetc.com is the only place that had the product I was looking for in stock. Their prices are good, free shipping is nice, and their rewards program seems to be a nice perk.
